The staffs check us in was very helpful and she speaks very good English, and one of the male staff can speak Chinese. The breakfast is good and is included in the room price. There are shops near by. And go to places is also very convenient by taxi and the staffs will let you know the cost to your destinations.

The hotel staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast is good but too many tour groups eating at the same time, foods ran out very fast before 8am.

The hotel staff were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful when we asked for information about siteseeing activities and with help arranging a boat to Bagan, taxi to Pyin Oo Lwin, and other activities. The restaurant staff was excellent at breakfast and the buffet was excellent, they don't seem to expect customers at lunch and dinner though. I asked for help on our floor from one of the personnel with getting a torn pant sewn and someone was happy to help.
