我非常喜歡這酒店，座落在Inya湖邊，風景非常美麗，每天望著窗外風景令人心曠神怡，特別值得一提的是每位服務人員的態度非常專業，連我們的名字也能記得，在住宿期間也有不時與我們了解需要和提供意見，真是一家不可多得的度假休閑公幹的理想好酒店，下次也會再去入住。

Three things
1. At check-in, the lady pleasantly told us that the hotel upgraded us for free. We were delighted at first, but then i checked my phone and it was exactly the same type of room I booked. When I asked her about it, she made up some random excuse about how this is the only available room.
2. Unhappy about the situation i came down after I checkedin again to ask about upgrade options. The female manager again told me that they had upgraded my room. After I showed her my phone there was an uncomfortable silence. I asked about upgrade options and she said took 10 minutes to understand that I am willing to pay to upgrade the room.
3. We had two drinks by the pool. The hotel had some special where taking photo of the picture uploaded below entitles to 30%. When we asked about it, the same manager lady said it doesn't apply to drinks. The picture uploaded below clearly states BBQ & Bar and did not mention anything about not including drinks.
Although we are actually talking about a small amount of money and the fact that the rest of the hotel was very nice and new, the terrible service just ruined the whole experience for me and my fiance. Will lodge a formal complaint with the hotel
