Great hostel with very friendly staffs. Apart from the small and hard bed mattress everything else is perfect.

Cơ sở vật chất đúng như hình đăng tải. Dịch vụ khách sạn hữu ích. Nhân viên thân thiện. Lưu ý: không được checkin sớm vì khách rất đông nên hầu như luôn kín phòng.

We are not pleased with the service of the hotel. The check-in is very slow. The check-out is absolutely awful. 11am is the check-out time; we came back the hotel to get our luggage and intended to check out our rooms. However when we were back at 11:05 am, one guy in our team was having a shower and suddenly there was no water at all. He couldn't finish his bathing although another guy told the hotel's staff to open the water again for the bathing guy to complete. We girls in another room couldn't even wash our hands or legs later. We asked the receptionists the reason why they did that, they hadn't warned us that: if we checked out late, they could cut off the water. One girl said sorry, but the other girl just showed her face and repeated many times "You wanna check out" without giving any excuse or explanation. Her eyes didn't show a respectful attitude to the guests at all. We expect a more professional service in this warm and friendly country.

The staffs are really friendly, rooms is clean.

Hotelnya super duper mantap, banyak free tournya. Kalau ke bagan mau menginap sini lagi saja, banyak sesama backpacker disini.

A very youthful hostel, you can spot the excitement right from the colorful entrance. Had a good and enjoyable stay, the hotel provides anything you need: from bus reservation, toiletries, coin-laundry, and even free city tour that you can join using self-rented e-bike. Most of the staff have good command of English, but some of them only value European guests. The hotel located around 15 minutes from bus terminal, and you will be expected to purchase a Bagan archaeological pass along the way to the hotel, it costs 25.000 kyat and can be used to visit all temples in Bagan up to 5 days.

I arrived at the hostel at around 5 am in the morning after a 9-hour bus journey from Inle Lake to Bagan. The receptionist welcomed me with warm greetings and clear instructions. The room was also very clean and well-arranged. Each one had like a closet to put belongings in and personally locked. At the hostel, they also arranged quite a few activities around Bagan, like free Guided e-bike tour, Sunset sightseeing boat along Irrawady river with only MMK8,000, trip to Mount Popa at MMK11,000, etc. Basically, we dobnot have to book any trip in advance before getting to Bagan if we plan to stay at Ostello Bello. Maybe Ostello Bello was one of very few highlights of my trip to Bagan, while I experienced quite some unexpected trouble there. I would highly recommend my friends choose Ostello Bello for their stay when visiting Bagan.

first hostel I stayed that provide chilling lounge! so don't worry to go there even when it is not your time to check in. They have comfy beds on their rooftop for you to relax and also to shower. I love how they provide wet wipes in each room. my feet got dirty after walked barefoot in the temples. they work beyond expectation! the travel desk was really helpful too! they called the bus provider for our shuttle service. last but not least, their free tour is a must to join! will definitely recommend this place.

Selama saya tinggal di ostello belo saya merasa sangat nyaman dan merasa seperti rumah saya sendiri. Fasilitas lengkap dari tour yang di sediakan dengan cukup murah bahkan ada yang free. Staffnya friendly dan makanan juga enak. Paling enak deh menurutku dibandingkan restaurant lain. Pesan jangan coba-coba makan di luar selain dari hotel ini. Pengalaman makan di luar daging basi dan kualitasnya zangat buruk. Saya akan ke Bali ke bagan dan stay di ostello bello.

Đặt chân tới một đất nước lạ lẫm nơi mà bạn mới chỉ làm quen qua những tấm hình và trang sách, việc tìm kiếm cho mình một nơi dừng chân cho một giấc ngủ đủ sâu để có cuộc hành trình trọn vẹn quan trọng vô cùng. Giữa Bagan nắng cháy, hoang dại, Ostello xinh xẻo đã khiến chuyến đi của chúng mình đến Myanmar tuyệt vời hơn rất nhiều. Mình yêu cách Ostello kết nối những con người từ nhiều quốc gia khác với nhau và với người bản địa. Trong buổi Rooftop Party, chúng mình, dù đến từ châu Á hay nửa bên kia của thế giới đều thật vui vẻ chia sẻ về đất nước của nhau, về trải nghiệm ở Myanmar và những lời hứa hẹn cho hành trình sau này...

love this accommodation so much... highly recommendations for backpacker solo or team. you can found many new friends here, nice staff and very helpful, clean room, hot water shower, free toiletries, towel, hairdryer, games (Burmese billiard, and others), free snack for 3 times in a day, free mineral water, wifi, coffee and tea. also can get shower before check in or after checkout, and you can drop your baggage safely.

Sự thật là đây là 1 khách sạn nổi tiếng nhất ở bagan này, thậm chí ở inle cũng có 1 cái nhưng với cảm nhận của mình thì khách sạn khá là đông đúc, bẩn thỉu cũng như bụi kinh hồn, chưa kể giá cũng cao hơn nhiều so với khách sạn khác. Không nên chọn khách sạn này, khuyên thật lòng!!!!
