Nice staff, good breakfast buffet, close to the beach, nice rooms

Lovely place. They provide transport from Thandwe airport and then on arrival serve you a welcome drink of cool juice... the rooms are super clean with lovely wooden floors and furniture and big, comfortable beds. Also a kettle, coffee, tea, etc, and a safe big enough for a laptop. Breakfast was a big buffet and egg station, lots of options. It is about a 2-minute or less walk across the road to the beach and they have lot of sun loungers reserved for their guests on a lovely stretch of beach and the quieter end. And finally, great great staff. Everyone was unfailingly kind, helpful and efficient. Can't wait to go back.

Nous étions dans le bungalow, situé au bout d'une allée dans un endroit vraiment calme. La chambre avec l'espace salon étaient bien agréable avec beaucoup de clarté. La salle de bain bien agencée. Le petit déjeuné servit près de la piscine était copieux et savoureux. Attention à certains endroits du petit déjeuner, il fallait quitter ses chaussures, donc bien choisir l'espace avec chaussures. Nous étions à la fin de notre séjour et on saturait d'enlever nos chaussures depuis 1 mois. La piscine bien située et toujours ensoleillée a été unpetit plus, même si la mer est proche.

Chaque mètre carré de l'hôtel est utilisé pour créer un espace jardin magnifique, un vrai bijou botanique. De ma chambre, quoi de mieux qu'une vue sur la forêt tropicale chaque matin à mon réveil. La plage est juste à côté, des transats sont réservés pour les clients de l'hôtel sans oublier qu'on vous fournit les serviettes de plage. De plus, en rentrant on peut piquer une tête dans la piscine de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner se présente sous forme de buffet très bien fourni, varié, savoureux, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Remarquable propreté de l'hôtel. La navette pour l'aéroport a été prise en charge par l'hôtel, Quant au personnel, ses membres sont vraiment aux petits soins, bienveillants et disponibles.

Great place. Wonderful staff. Beach chairs are a huge plus and incentive; just 15 seconds from the beach by foot! All you have to do is cross the street. Room is a great value. Would absolutely return if back in Ngapali. Only thing that needs serious work is the WiFi. Poor signal in the room and requires a re-login every 30 min or so.

Great place with friendly staff, clean rooms, comfie beds, good variety in buffet breakfast, restaurant has good food and great prices, pool and garden areas are lovely, close walk to beach where there is a designated area for guests with loungers, etc.

スタッフがとても親切で丁寧でした。空港送迎つきで、帰りはヤンゴンへの飛行機のリコンファメーションまでしてくれていて、飛行機が1時間遅れていたので宿の出発時間も遅らせてくれるなど、柔軟な対応をしてくださいました。部屋は清潔で、部屋の前に水着や海で使ったタオルを干す竿があるなど、使いやすかったです。ビーチにはホテル専用のデッキチェアとパラソルがあり、数も十分でした。レストランがありますが、近辺にもいくつかレストランがあって昼食・夕食を食べることができます。 Wifiは使用量に限りがあるのか、朝はつながっても昼頃からとても遅くなりました。シャワーは水量は十分でしたが、温度が安定せず少し苦労しました。

The rate is affordable given that the area is resorty, but often I hear noises from outside. Only two mins of walk from the beach, but this part is toward the end of the beach and closer to the village, while I think the nicer part of the beach is around 1km away. No problem walking on those soft white sands in day time, but it also means you can't enjoy the benches there as those are exclusive to guests of other hotels. Well to be fair, River Top has its own on the beach too.

Un hôtel tout confort avec un personnel très professionnel. La chambre est nettoyée deux fois par jour. Une piscine à disposition et un petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet excellent. La chambre est bien équipée, calme. Le prix est correct hors saison. L'hôtel n'est pas face à la mer, il suffit juste de traverser la rue et un espace est réservé aux clients.

I stayed in a great room and the breakfast was tasty, especially considering the reasonable price for that area... The hotel is close to several options for the beach, restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately, I experienced internet issues and staff communication problems (with both my arrival and departure) that cast a rather dark shadow on the memories of my time in Ngapali.

Excelente ubicación en Ngapali Beach!!. Todo es nuevo, muy bien decorado; ello lo hace un ambiente muy ameno y recomendable!! La habitación, ubicada en un primer piso, era muy confortable, amplia, limpia y con amenities adecuados (provisión de 2 botellas de agua diaria más té y café de cortesía; así como suministro de toallones de playa), muy buen aire acondicionado y excelente servicio de wifi. Su desayuno era muy variado, abundante y servido en terraza al aire libre. Tiene una linda piscina al aire libre; ofrece bicicletas gratuitas; además de su propio servicio de sombrillas, hamacas y seguridad en su playa privada Ofrece excelente servicio de spa a precios muy razonables. Brinda, además, servicio de transporte gratuito (ida y vuelta) al aeropuerto. Su personal es excelente!! Siempre disponible, muy amable y servicial.

Проживание в этом замечательном отеле с 18 декабря 2017 г. по 2 января 2018 г. Персонал выше всяких похвал, такое впечатление, что были в гостях у близких людей. Бесплатный трансфер от/до аэропорта. Всё в номере есть все необходимое: телевизор, холодильник, чайник, сейф и т.д. Уборка два раза в день, вечерами обрабатывали номер от комаров Ухоженная территория, бассейн, прудик с рыбками, орхидеи, чистота и порядок. Отличные, разнообразные завтраки, кстати, обедали иногда тоже в ресторане отеля, очень вкусно (салат-коктейль из авокадо с креветками - просто супер). В качестве комплимента за длительное пребывание - массаж (на выбор), кроме этого принесли бутылочку вина в подарок. Было неожиданно и очень приятно. Массаж очень понравился, сделали несколько сеансов. Пляж через дорогу, метров 100. Лежаки и зонтики в достаточном количестве. Пляжные полотенца меняли по мере необходимости. Можно воспользоваться велосипедами абсолютно бесплатно. Огромное спасибо Изабелле (управляющая отеля) и всему персоналу за радушный прием! Отель очень понравился, даже не хотелось уезжать. Обязательно остановимся в этом отеле в следующий раз и будем рекомендовать его друзьям.
