員工親近感不錯。 覺得每天早餐的菜色可以改變大一點，對於連續住很多天的客人來說容易吃膩喔。

Location is quite difficult to find for almost all taxi drivers, NO hot water and poor shower, closest restaurant 15 minutes on foot under the sun. Staff is good but only speak a bit English.

Nice helpful staff. Great value, quiet location, but in a residential neighborhood so less nearby shops and restaurants. We had 3 rooms, basement and 1st floor rooms have view to a brick wall, 2nd floor has some view. Rooms are good size, bathrooms decent size, but tubs are very hard to get in/out of - be careful not to slip! Some rooms have walk-in shower, some have tubs. Towels could be cleaner and seemed to have been "line dried" so were a little crunchy and maybe not as fresh feeling as with a machine dryer. Shower water temp hard to control and pressure strangely the pressure was lowest in the basement rooms. Elevator very convenient. Decent breakfast, rice, noodles, hot soup, eggs, stir fried veg and meat. Toast jam/butter, good coffee, tea, fresh fruits. Room walls quite stained, needs good cleaning or repaint. Bathrooms had some odors that never seemed to go away and air vents barely pulled any air. They will refill water bottles with drinking water for free.

Room is clean, breakfast is good .... but location is not easy to reach.

Breakfast was really good. Clean service was great. The hotel is near the university avenue ,so you can easily access to it. Also,it has 24 hours counter and you can check in at late night.

３泊しましたが，最初テレビの電源が全く入らず，２日目の朝にホテルに伝えたのですが，結局テレビの電源が入るようになったのは最終泊の日でした．あまりテレビは見ないのですが，せっかくあるのに使えないのはちょっと残念です．

Nice clean and cheap hotel, walking distance to the US Embass, the park and Myanmar Plaza mall!

Staff are very friendly

Nice hotel - clean and well maintained. Staff courteous and helpful. Only drawback is the locality which is not convenient for shopping. Also a lack of recreational activities.

のんびり過ごすには最適なところです。朝食が美味しかったです。大通りから路地を入り、突き当たりまで行くのでちょっと分かりにくいかもしれません。近くのガソリンスタンドに売店があり、ちょっとした買い物に利用できました。

Wi-fi good Western menu and TV channels limited. Access to 2 local shopping centres and lake good. Quiet area!

Room good but not cleaned after 3 days. Menu limited, no western food. Convenient for University but not for downtown
