It is a decent hotel that I always stay and I always got nice welcome message from A.FO Mgr and I needed my white shirt that had stain on it in an hour and they made it happen. Wonderful housekeeping team.. never gonna forget. Thank you all from MGallery.

I recently spent 3 nights at 'The Lake Garden', Nay Pyi Taw (M-Gallery Collection) for work related reasons. The hotel itself is pleasant and the surroundings beautiful, however some of the staff I had interactions with were unable to understand basic English which made ordering food, changing money, directions to land marks etc. difficult. (although there is not much to see in Nay Pyi Taw itself) With reference to the hotel room itself (Deluxe Suite - Balcony) it was a decent size, though the pillows are HARD...., the Air-con did not work despite repeated requests for a tech to deal with the issue, the complimentary sugar snacks left as a gift on the coffee table, along with the fruit bowl appeared like they had been sitting there for sometime. (they were also not changed while I was there). There are also mozzies in the rooms, plenty of those which will no doubt keep you awake. The hot water also takes sometime to kick in, so be patient. The breakfast is good though, and try the Italian restaurant in the hotel which serves great pizza's and plenty of cold local beer.

M gallery surpassed all expectations. From entering the hotel the service was attentive. Plenty of international papers in the lobby to keep you busy. The room was extremely comfortable. Enjoyed all the facilities, very nice gym in particular. Plenty of nice restaurants on site. Particularly enjoyed the $20 shared local meal. One of the best things I've eaten in Myanmar. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

Overall it was a good stay. The meals and service at this hotel were good however I was not impressed by the stained bathroom tiles and deteriorating condition of the building (Hanthawaddy) I stayed in. You could see signs of roof and wall leakage in the common areas of the building. The safe in the room was faulty although it was replaced upon request. This establishment is good however the more effort needs to be done to ensure that the facilities are maintained well.

Location was mid-way between the city and the airport. Though looked like the hotel was largely empty. Enjoyed the breakfast and the one dinner I had at their main restaurant.

Love the balcony and the overall size of the room as compared with Kempinski and Hilton.

It was amazing for an activity within shiort time. With friendly and helpfull staffs from the picking up at the aurport to warm reception, good food, choice at breakfast and meal. A "balcony" at ground floor is a bit funy but enjoyable. Location is a consequence of new developed area, far from the other activities like shopibg etc

They had some bad sewage issue going on making the bathroom intolerable. The hotel design is beautiful.

Five star hotel with a beautiful pool and incredibly helpful staff. They allowed us to check in early.

The hotel allow to relax your mind by spending time in the pool or getting some food and beers in the bar. Breakfast had enought variety in order to choose from only vegetable, american style, breads or myanmar.

Nice hotel with decent size of room. Staff are nice too.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Nay Pyi Taw except Spa service..

This is a good business hotel to stay at when traveling in Naypyidaw. Room is spacious and clean. Wifi is decent and the food is good.

Almost everything about this hotel was great - the hospitality, the facilities, the service, the room. My only criticism was that the food in the restaurant was seriously overpriced given what I've come to expect from Myanmar restaurants, and without alternatives within walking distance, this left no choice but to pay out for this extra and unexpected expense.

We had an wonderful and very relaxing stay at The Lake Garden. The hotel puts the standards very high and gives a service like a 5-star western hotel. No wonder, because the hotel is part of the worldwide Accor Group. We stayed one night in the hotel but enjoyed twice breakfast because of our very early arrival in the hotel. We spent our New Year in Naypittaw and enjoyed a delicious meal in the hotel. The staff took excellent care of us providing all the necessary information about the hotel, the city and good places to eat in the surrounding. Because we did like to go around the city by motorbike, they even went the extra mile and arranged us a bike and helmets in less than 20 minutes. The hotel has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay: swimming pool, spa, excellent restaurant, fast internet etc. All this in a peaceful and green surrounding with a view on the lake. The hotel and hotel area are very spacious. The hotel is not only a good place for business people but also families traveling and making a stop in Naypittaw. The city might not be the place to visit in Myanmar but we did find there was an interesting somewhat awkward atmosphere. Wondering around, you are likely to be the only tourist here, but people are very friendly as usual. Very recommended hotel! We will come again.

Very nice service, confortable and laxurious stay. Location is (as is the case of most hotels in Nay Pyi Taw) away from urban area. Italian restaurant is good.
