Two words . BLACK MOLD. After my first night my chest was hurting and i couldn't understand why. The second night it felt like i was coming down with something and i started coughing up green phlegm. I was out all day and wheni came back to the room i was in pain again. I looked all over and then shine my flashlight into the Air Conditioner duct. It was COMPLETELY COVERED IN BLACK MOLD. i took a video and went down to show them. They Started looking for other rooms to put me in. After seeing it in the 3rd room as well i said no way and checked out of the hotel. I now have a lung infectioni am fighting because of this place. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

On the same floor as the room I stayed in, a Chinese man was smoking and had the door to his room completely open, so the whole floor was filled with the smell of his cigarettes. And his phone was ringing very loudly. Even if you try to order room service, you have to order a very unappetizing meal. Other than that, the cleaning staff are very kind. For the same price, they are flexible to accommodate nearby Pan Pacific, so I found it useful, but recently they have become stricter and the minibar has disappeared, which is very disappointing. I hope that various services will be improved in the future. For example, I think that it is necessary not only to tighten the services and rules, but also to display and place in the room information signs for each floor and service and the room service menu in all rooms. Also, in some rooms, the pillars are in the way and you can't see the view. And the room is clean, but the view is not very good because the windows are dirty. I recommend that you choose a hotel based on the overall evaluation. I will go to this hotel again, so I will post a review in the future.

All the rooms are designed to be spacious. However, there is no minibar in the refrigerator, which is inconvenient. If you want one, you have to go to a nearby large supermarket. The staff are mostly friendly, but recently there has been a strict atmosphere in the rules, so the atmosphere is not as good as it used to be. I would like them to be more flexible and more flexible. The room service menu is not always available in the rooms, which is very inconvenient. I would like the room service menu to be available in the rooms. I also think that each room should have a list of the opening hours of each floor and facility. There are no numbers for the front desk concierge or room service, so it is difficult to know who to call. Overall, it is a good hotel, but I would like it to be a little cleaner, have better service for the anitary and minibar, and improve the quality of the food.
