Nice location near beach, friendly staff

总体不错，出门就是海边，位置很好！酒店的餐饮做得也不错。

Comfort apartment 的房间很好，客厅很大很舒服。建议人多的团队至少订一间，可以有空间朋友晚上聚聚。

The location is great. Could hear the waves splashing against the coast. Excellent staff.

Comfortable bed, great location, great view from the balcony, plentiful parking, consistently good food, and special kudos to Victor in the restaurant.

Great location, directly across the street from the beach. You could easily walk to the various restaurants in town. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The views from the room were amazing. I wish I could have stayed longer, honestly.

The room is always clean, and staffs are so kind. I had a very good stay.

Very gracious staff, however the hotel is weathered and worn. Rooms were clean, but the rooms were tired. No elevators woring, but hallway lights were always off through corridors to reach our room. Rusting lamps in rooms, washrooms had odd metal blinds, rusted interior faucets etc, maybe due to proximity to the wtaer, but well located and safe.

The staff, especially Joedy the GM who was very engaging veryhelpful with questions and made excellent suggestions for places to visit or eat. The food was also top quality at the hotel as well snd thd msin donning area has cleat had investment as it was well presented.

The front reception crew, especially Ronaldo, were very pleasant and made us feel welcome. Hotel elevator is out of service and apparently will be for some time so we had to carry bags up separate flights of stairs. As it was quite cold when we visited, we did not try the rooftop pool, which is unheated. The included. Breakfast was a pretty good quality, but the servers were a little inattentive. The hotel location is nice for this town as you can easily walk up and down the promenade.

Had a great stay here! The room views were incredible— it can get quite windy next to the beach but the views definitely make up for it! Parking was easy and staff was very helpful! The food was so delicious at the restaurant which I cannot recommend enough!

Finding the hotel was easy, being a first-time visitor to Swakop. Secure parking at the hotel. Check-in quick and easy; unfortunately the lift had just broken down, but help was on hand for our luggage. Staff pleasant andd ready to assist with any query. Our room was great, with sea views and views of the city. Would not hesitate to stay at the Beach Hotel on next visit to Swakop, and it is highly recommended.

My daughter and I spent two nights at The Beach Hotel. We were pleased with everything- location, beautiful room, excellent meals and excellent staff. We had two early mornings and had to leave before breakfast, however the staff made a huge boxed breakfast and made me coffee before we left. They also went out of their way to organize a taxi for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

Servicen var god. Meget venligt personale, som var meget børnevenlige og søde overfor min 5-årige datter. Inde på værelset kan man dog høre alt støj ude fra gangen. Det er som om, man ikke har en dør mellem gang og værelse. Vi kunne høre hver gang nogen trykkede på elevatorknappen. Morgenmadsrestauranten var ok.

Wir wollten ziemlich zentral wohnen und einen Blick aufs Meer. Alles hat gut gepasst.

Das Hotel liegt an der Strandstraße. Einige Zimmer haben Meerblick. Allerdings erst ab der zweiten Etage. Ansonsten schaut man auf eine Wand. Das Essen in dem Restaurant war mittelmäßig und wir haben sehr lange auf das Essen warten müssen.

Close to the beach. Very nice rooms, lots of space .
