Clean and safe, Good service

Mooie centrale ligging, parkeerplaats in binnenplaats, lekker ontbijt en ruime kamer met goede bedden. Het was onze derde keer en we zouden dit hotel zeker weer boeken.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast, good location

Very good value for money and the executive room I upgraded to was well worth it. Friendly and helpful hotel staff and the bar is open til late; so I highly recommend. Splurge on a higher category room as the views are great, offer elevator anccess and they have refrigerators with a small freezer compartment.

The accommodations were excellent, and I commend the highly professional and courteous staff.

This is a lovely hotel that is within walking distance of a large number of shops and restaurants! The staff were friendly and welcoming! I would stay here again!

It was very convenient as close to the ocean and shops - super for tours and self parking - roof top patio to watch sunset with a glass of wine from bar was lovely. Staff very friendly and we felt very safe!

Hotel was okay, very close to the water but we preferred other hotels in the area more. Considering the cost, I did not feel the accomodation was worth it relative to other places nearby

We found our 1st Rm #39 to be extremely cold. We were mived to Rm #11 & with a heater we were much more comfortable. Staff were great!! Had a lovely time in Swakopmund....great town!!

Friendly staff and close to town

Alles sauber und die Lage ist zentral / direkt am Jetty und Meer, aber: die Bilder täuschen einen viel höheren Standard vor. Tatsächlich erhielt ich ein dunkles und sehr hellhöriges Zimmer im Hinterhof mit Parkplatz vor dem Fenster. Die Einrichtung war rudimentär, es gab z.B. nicht mal einen Fön. Das Internet war sehr schwach, weder im Zimmer noch im Frühstücksraum nutzbar. Frühstück war ok (leckere Brötchen, frisches Obst, Eier auf Bestellung), aber der Frühstücksraum hat eher Jugendherbergsstil und auch keinen schönen Blick nach draußen. Empfang und Service wirkten recht distanziert und eher auf größere Gruppen eingestellt.

We loved it here

Great location directly opposite the pier. Extensive breakfast buffet. Kind, professional, friendly staff, (except for one guy whose job included wiping down outside railings and furniture, etc, who repeatedly stared inappropriately every time we were coming and going, and did not ever say hello or smile). The primary negative was having no heat in the room, as the evenings were quite chilly. We had to keep our coats on until we went to bed, which made those hours uncomfortable.

The rooftop terrace is a fantastic place to watch thr sunset. Just metres from the ocean and an easy walk to resturants and shops

The property is old and not updated. No amenities in the room. Generally a disappointed but we basically just slept there and did our activities. Would not recommend

Very safe and convenient hotel, the staffs are friendly. The room is spacious and clean, the laundry service is good and very affordable.

The place was clean, the staff was very friendly and they responded quickly to our requests/issues. Clean linen, spacious rooms, working elevator, quiet environment. Same breakfast options throughout our stay - definitely boring.
