-酒店職員協助處理網上購票 -細心安排往機場shuttle -只是房間地面有些塵, 杯有點污垢 -the staff helped communicate with the theatre when we wanted to change to show time of our tickets -the staff booked air shuttle for us and informed us about the change carefully -only problem was some dirt on the floor in the room, and the cups there were not clean.

Close to tram station but need to take tram to Centraal to visit the city centre.

20 mins team ride from central station route 26. Free mini bar with a soda and a bottle of beer. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Will stay here again!

This hotel is located a little distance away from the city central, but if you used the city tram it would not be a problem and you will love it. The price, staffs, room view, bed, and mini bar nothing you could criticize. Next time I will stayed here again.

Rooms quite dated and no air-conditioning. Very basic and overpriced

Ett bra läge om man har bil. Parkering i huset och endast 10 minuter till centrum med spårvagn. Lite slitet och och ostädat runt huset och även lite slitet på hotellet. Fläckar på stolar, icke fungerande AC och kylskåp. Jättefin utsikt från rummet över Amsterdam. Helt ok frukost.

The hotel was weird, built of glass with no air conditioning. Some staff were helpful even letting me pay city tax in cash. Others took 2 days to get me a fan for my room. The weather was over 30 degrees and the hotel felt more like a punishment than a treat. I know they cant control the outside influences like the temperature. But being a glass hotel thay can plan for it. Install for conditioning. You need it. Your guests need it.

Overall, the stay was good. Even if the air conditioning had a problem, the temperature remained cool throughout the stay, the team was really nice!

The air conditioning was not working and the temperature was 30 degrees in the room and when I complained they offered me a fan.

The hotel done the job for us bit a few things to note: The entrance to hotel looked a bit rough, you got used to it though. Hotel is on the 7th and 8th floor via the lift. Building work started at 7am each morning, so no chance of a lie in. Reception staff done there job, nothing outstanding to make you feel welcome, they didn't ask us for a 150 euro deposit and when checking out didn't ask if we enjoyed our stay. Room was ok, we had a junior suite but was a typical UK premier inn style room, not a junior suite. The room did smell a bit at times during the day. The air-conditioning didn't work, the fridge wasn't very cold. Bathroom was ok but they didn't replace the toilet roll after cleaning the room so we had to ask for some at reception. We didn't eat breakfast there, instead got some fruit /breakfast bars at a nearby supermarket. Nearby is several shops, restaurants (the italian Brusheta was lovely) Tram stop also a couple of minutes walk was handy to get into the centre.

Worst stay of my vacation. They tell us two days before our stay they have no hot water and we can either get a refund and find a new hotel or get 20% off our stay. We chose to take the 20% off because they informed us that the hot water would be fixed by Monday evening. Came back to the hotel the Monday evening and they said that water is still not fixed and won’t be fixed and there is nothing we can do about it. I didn’t shower for the 2 days I was there, I asked for a full refund since we had not hot water and the front desk said nothing we can do you have to email our manger because there was no manager on site. When we emailed the manager took 3-4 days to respond and only sent us the 20% discount. Worst hotel ever will never stay here and I hope if anyone is reading this they stay far away from this place.

Fijn hotel op een rustige locatie met openbaar vervoer naar het centrum voor de deur.

Bien que la chambre ait eu un aspect défraîchi elle était propre et fonctionnelle avec des espaces de rangement suffisants. Nous avions une chambre avec une très belle vue.

I booked this hotel as it was 4 star and expected a nice experience while in Amsterdam for a conference. Entry is confusing as its the top floors of a residents building, but made it to reception on the 8th floor. Although the single room was ok, I had a shock when trying to use the shower the first morning. It was stone cold, so I went to complain. There was a print out attached to the lift and after speaking to the reception it was clear there was zero hot water in the building. After a cold shower, I went back to hear when it was coming back. But there was none! No plan no guarantees at all. Then they had the cheek to charge me for the breakfast. On the final day, I also noticed the carpet inside my room next to the door was damp, which I reported. No idea if they did anything about it. Repeat this every morning, except they removed the sign after day one. You can imagine how much it affected my conference experience. Each morning I was told to email the management, which I did. Finally I got a reply for 20% refund, which I said was insulting for a 4 star hotel with almost zero communication and a lack of a plan for the paying guests. I won't be going back and can't recommend it because of the lack of action and communication.

We had no hot water the entire stay. Breakfast was embarrassing for the £25 we paid. The wall paper was ripped on the wall. And the walls were so thin. Would not recommend staying here

There was no hot water available, room temperature control was in a terrible condition. We would not recommend this property for whosoever wants to visit great city of Amsterdam
