後來發現行李不用抬上抬下的秘密通道，房間和設施都很棒，唯獨check in比較遠，我們是派一人搭電車去取鑰匙，退房很簡單，把鑰匙留在餐桌上即可。位置離主要景點有點遠，最好搭公車或電車前往。

飯店建築較舊，部分房間在半地下，通道繞行差點迷路。房間狀態不錯，有個閣樓適合小家庭，或朋友同遊。周圍環境ok,離中央車站不遠

Great location, 15-20mins from main centre so it's a little quieter and only bus links unless you walk to the train station for tram links. Generally clean and tidy, deep clean needs to be better as there was clearly old dust on the extension lead near the bed and the bathroom extractor didn't appear to work. Only comfort complaints are that more than one pillow each would've been better. Overall worth a stay, very smooth contactless check in and check out.

We had a great time, wonderful location. The only issue with had was noise, not traffic noise but people in the hallways or alley through out the night and early morning. - if you are a light sleeper, this will will be an issue.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this apartment. The place looked much better in the pictures than in reality. Upon arrival, I found spider webs and even a spider inside, which made the apartment feel dirty and neglected. When I reported it, the response was dismissive and unhelpful — I was told their cleaning team wasn’t available and that the issue couldn’t be resolved. That’s unacceptable for any guest paying to stay in a supposedly well-maintained place. Would not recommend.

Location was very good but the accommodation wasn't ready when we were supposed to check in at 3pm. I thought this was very late to have a check in but when we did check in the room wasn't ready. This was a disgrace so very unhappy. Also the smell of smoke wasn't that appealing

Great property and the Air conditioning was a welcome addition as it was 30 degrees Celsius outside when we went! Would come again.

We were asked to choose a specific room. We were charged for that room. When we got there, that room was not available to us. They made no attempt to secure that room for us and said they just chose one for us. Well- then you should not have asked us to specifically choose a room from the stock. Also the bathroom floor was a mess, there’s no place to hang towels in the bathroom.

The property was hot, dirty, smelly and the air conditioner did not work properly. The bed upstairs in the apartment was unbearably hot because the air conditioner was horrible. It was a moderate temperature in Amsterdam and I could still not stay there comfortably. Would not recommend or stay here again.

Great location for getting around Amsterdam - good comms from Numa who were on hand to help when needed - flat was okay and had all that we needed - I wouldn’t recommend that you rely on the tiny kitchen area for cooking and when using the job there is no window that opens so the fire alarms go off. The shower also runs out of the bathroom door so make sure you use towels to stop that. Comfiest bed I have ever slept in and a great place to stop over for a weekend if you don’t want a hotel.
