nice location near Rotterdam centraal and the room is very spacious. Our room is forward to living area so it is very quiet. the bed is very cozy, but the room is dark at night.

Sufficient space for 2 people, clean and tidy room. Nice location with 15 mins walk from city centre and friendly staffs are very much appreciated! Would come again when I visit Rotterdam in the future:)

When arriving into the room,there is a strange smell, not sure waxing smell or something.
The heat from air condition is noisy and little work. Still feel cold all night.

位於鹿特丹中央火車站，步行大概8分鐘左右對於交通都大分方便，往市中心大概12分鐘！地理位置屬於較方便！可是酒店設施就非常一般，床辱比較軟，睡不慣，沖涼水溫難控制，電熱水器非常骯髒，佈滿塵埃，要求換新的沒有理會只給我們清潔一下！所以對於有潔癖的人不太建議。感覺不太乾淨！勝在夠方便

Room with no/broken bedroom lights, could only use the bathroom and table lights for lighting. Informed reception and they could not get technician to fix, also they could not give us a spare light, therefore we had to spend a night in dark and had dinner downstairs in the restaurant. Spoke to manager next day and arranged us a new room. Overall was a very poor experience with unhelpful staff.

房價便宜，所以訂了最高級的套房，在3樓。詭異的是，電梯只到2樓。行李要自己扛到三樓。想吃泡麵，熱水器髒到吐，想換一個，沒辦法，只能等明天。明天還是沒換。洗澡水超小，根本無法洗澡，反應了，還是要等明天。明天還是沒處理。最後用逃跑式的離開飯店。下次還是住連鎖集團的基本房好了。

飯店的門口有三個階梯殘障者入住必須要請飯店人員開旁邊停車場門從地下室才可以進入，地下室有個斜坡較為抖，手推輪椅著要人協助，浴室輪椅可以進入但是非常的小，輪椅不能回轉，客房是無障礙的，缺點就是浴室殘障者不容易使用。

We had a private room so we didn’t feel unsafe. However the condition of the hostel and the cleanliness of the room could be vastly improved.

This place exceeded my expectations. Super clean, well appointed. Shame it didn't have a kitchen but the room was v modern and spacious. I was with my family (2 kids). The room next door were smoking weed and it was coming through. I told reception, they sent security up and the problem was solved. Staff were great - I really have few complaints.
