the window of my room is not allow to open which cause the room super stuffy
there is not enough storage area for your item, not even a proper table for you to put ur item, so ur items might need to lie on floor or bed
no lift
the shower area doesnt has curtain which will cause the whole toilet wet after shower
the only good thing is the water is hot and powerful enough

地點很棒，鄰近博物館區、海尼根博物館，交通非常方便；櫃檯人員在附近幾戶，態度十分友善親切，入住的是雙人雙床房型，房間空間一個人剛剛好，兩個人可能稍小；屬於較老舊的旅店，沒有電梯，樓梯空間窄小，需要自行搬行李，預定時有特別需求低樓層，入住時安排在二樓，有符合需求；容易聽到其他旅客上下樓的聲音，但屬可以接受的音量；整體而言，推薦給著重地點方便、對空間要求不大的旅客。

靠近國立美術館，而且位在運河邊是此間旅館最大優點，但是無法完全隔絕外面街道行人與車輛聲音，有點吵。每天清潔房間，面對街道之入口卻很髒，令人觀感不佳。另外，房間內竟然未提供飲水杯。

缺點：房間很小，放了一張雙人床，基本上就沒有什麼空間活動，而且他們安排我們住在五樓（頂樓），又沒有電梯，wifi速度很慢

Absolut unakzeptabel! Das Hotel ist eine verwahrloste u verdreckte Absteige… überall ist was kaputt es riecht es ist verdreckt (haare im Bett, Flecken auf eh schon auseinander fallenden Handtüchern/Bettwäsche, der Teppich ist eine Zumutung u zieht sich durchs ganze Hotel! außerdem null Privatsphäre man hört alles… einfach nur ekelhaft! Es war mit Abstand die grausamste Budget Hotel Erfahrung meines Lebens! Könnte ich würde ich minus 5 Sterne geben

Très mauvaise surprise! L’hôtel est certes bien situé, mais de l’entrée qui donne tout de suite le ton, à la chambre, rien ne va!
Je n’avais pas suffisamment regardé les précédents commentaires. Nous avions réservé pour 4 nuits, nous avons changé d’hôtel dés le 2eme jour ! L’hôtel entier est insalubre.

Clean sheets but used and not clean matress. The floor is with very old, used and dirty carpet. The furniture and the WC was ok, but that should not be allowed to use that carpet in a Hotel with those prices. Need a quick intervention!

Huone compact kokoinen. Suoraan kaupungissa. Porraskäytävän ja naapurin huoneen äänet kuuluivat sisälle, mutta ei haitannut yöunia. Sisääntulo aulassa snacks automaatti. Vain rappuset joten liikunta rajoitteiselle ei sovi. Vastaanoton henkilökunta mukavaa ja avuliasta. Heineken vanha panimo vieressä.
