We moesten extra belasting betalen en Bastion hotel had een rekening van ons voor 180 per kamer binnen gekregen.. terwijl we in augustus rond de 460 eu hebben betaald..

The staff were very helpful.
The room was clean and bright.
The food was very tasty, unfortunately ran out of bacon for breakfast with still over an hour to go before it ended.
Good safe underground parking.
Short walk to the Center of Arnhem.
Would recommend and would return.
Might have to get up earlier for breakfast though.

This hotel is a joke -STAY AWAY!
I had a prepaid reservation for two nights and when I arrived (in the evening) I was greeted with a shocking surprise - “Unfortunately, we had to cancel your reservation last minute due to issue with the room but do not worry Sir, you will be refunded!”. I could not believe my ears and did not know that this was even possible on a prepaid booking.
I could not find any other hotel at that time in the evening, so I had to travel to a nearby city of Nijmegen in order not to sleep on the street.
