Casa Julia

Great location. Quoet, lovely neighborhood next to the university. Walkable to everything and bicycles avaliable for daily commute or longer adventures. Staff was wonderful.

Beautiful property a short walk away from the centre.

Cute, clean hotel. Quiet neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful staff. We rented bikes one day and had a wonderful ride. The only thing we would change is the shower pressure, which was not as much as we are used to.

The hotel itself is lovely, with nice finishes and even some royal Delft pieces on display. However, the rooms are in need of some improvement. Our room in July was roasting long after it had cooled down outside, with no Aircon in the room but oddly on the landing. The bed was average, but could have benefitted from a bedside table so we didn't have to place everything on the floor. The bathroom was clean it a little dated.

Shower has very little pressure, making it very challenging to take a shampoo. Bed is uncomfortable — two beds that are linked by some sort of pad, but it keeps separating. Pillows are also second-rate. I was very dismayed to be charge 50 Euros for checking in a mere 90 minutes early after flying overnight. My room was already cleaned and ready to go, so why charge such a high fee when most hotels would have happily allowed early check-in as a courtesy. And charging 20 Euros for a mediocre breakfast was also a disappointment.

leuk eenvoudig hotelletje in centrum Delft en alles op wandelafstand. Met fiets daar beschikbaar snel in Rotterdam, Den Haag , Voorburg, Leiden. enkel kamer was vrij warm maar het was dan ook 33*C die dag

Third stay at Casa Julia, and it was excellent as always, just let down by slightly small bathroom

Had a relaxing stay in Delft. Great location with 15 min walking distance to train and the city center. Casa Julia is very clean with all the desired conveniences of a small boutique hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place close to downtown

We were in quite a noisy room. People coming and going and the door banging was quite disturbing to sleep. Service wis, it was not staffed properly for a fully booked weekend and there was only one person ever doing any of the front desk and waiting on breakfast. Overall nice place but must ask for a different room next time.

A quiet and comfortable hotel near the university

Beautiful and relaxing

Everything was great. Arrived late but that was no issue. Only problem I had was that there was zero water pressure in my shower. Nearly impossible to have a shower. Apart from this I had no issue.

Good price. sparkling clean bedding, room, bathroom. Excellent staff service, superb breakfast buffet, comfortable bed

Helaas gaf de douche veel te weinig water. Niet mogelijk om mijn haar te wassen en er goed onder te staan. Echt verouderd.

gezellig en knus wel jammer dat het betaald parkeren was en de badkamer is wel aan wat verfrissing toe en weinig druk op de de douchekraan

Very friendly staff, i arrived a few hours before checkin but was invited into the lounge to wait with the wifi so i could do some online meetings and there was also tea and coffee for guests which was great. Room was comfortable.
