裝修溫馨 所有的設備都跟官方相片的效果一樣，而且很乾淨又新，電視可以用手機投影上去。唯獨沖涼的空間有點細。其他一切都很好

We stayed at citadine chains before but this one is by far one of the best. The room is designed to accommodate the needs of a young family. Everything in the room was in good shape and order. A small improvement could be more towel racks inside the bathroom. But other than that I can't complain the free coffee bar with unlimited refill gets my day going. It was a bit hidden in the back of the touristic Amsterdam but at the same time, it was safe and a close walk to everything. The reception prepared little gifts for women to celebrate March 8 which was cute and thoughtful. The staff were warm and helpful. It wasn't busy and the staff suggested us to do more after our checkout on our last day.

The hotel was attractive and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

4-night stay in a "Classic" room: The Good: Excellent location; museums and public transport are very close by. Complimentary coffee and water available in the lobby. The Bad: The room is extremely small—it is certainly not 183 square feet as advertised; at best, it’s 100 square feet—they likely arrived at that figure by including the shower, entryway, closet, and safe. Housekeeping and towel replacement are not performed automatically; you have to specifically request them—and this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. We requested service once, but they only swapped the towels and made the bed; they didn't even sweep the floor (see photos).

This was our absolute favorite hotel on our trip. The room was full of comfortable amenities. The location was very convenient and walkable. We rented the bikes for two days. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and water available at all times. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent location.Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was a bit small but did have kitchen facilities. Free coffee in reception and lounge areas very welcome.

Excellent from start to finish: location, cleanliness, staff, solid buffet breakfast and 24 hr tea/coffee/water bar in spacious lounge space. Walkable to everything you will want to see, but on quiet street. Great for any combo of traveler.

A wonderful hotel — very clean, with an excellent staff who are attentive and polite. However, the breakfast is quite boring, and I wouldn’t recommend paying for it. There are many great places nearby where you can enjoy delicious food. The door soundproofing is poor.

La propiedad es muy bonita y el personal muy atento…. Las habitaciones algo justas de espacio pero creo que en Ámsterdam por lo que vi en mi estancia el espacio es oro y casi todos los lugares al menos en el centro son reducidos en espacio. Es un Hotel bastante céntrico aunque bastante caro. El motivo por lo que le doy 3 estrellas es porque al llegar fuimos 4 personas y reservé 2 habitaciones una de ellas nos la dieron con cama personales individuales pero las unieron y la muchacha de la recepción me dio la opción de al día siguiente cambiarnos a otra pero después de 3 aviones y más de 12 horas de vuelo para llegar no queríamos estar recogiendo todo al día siguiente y mudarnos a otra… lo dejamos pasar, pero cuando me fui a duchar me di cuenta que una de las toallas estaba manchada, me dije bueno quizás no se dieron cuanta ya mañana me la cambiaran, lo peor llegó cuando fui a costarme la sábana estaba manchada eran las 11:00Pm mi esposo bajó a recepción pero la muchacha había dejado una nota que estaba dando un recorrido, esperó un tiempo y nunca nadie llegó a la decepción. Por otro lado la otra habitación cuando entrabas tenía un olor como a humedad y como si hubieran echado algún líquido para fumigar plagas no duraba todo el tiempo pero si al entrar daba ese olor. Creo que es un hotel bonito pero cobran muy caro y deben de ser más cuidadosos con todos estos detalles

Rooms clean well maintained. Breakfast slightly pricey but nice quality and not required. Close, easy access to Metro, so could get to all desired locations fast and easy. Restaurants close by.

Super beliggenhed. Ingen daglig rengøring, men det overlever man. Dejlig stue i kælderen hvor man kan betjene sig selv - det fungerer rigtig godt. Små værelser, men funktionelle.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was super cute and clean, and the area felt safe. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. I loved the complimentary coffee. Overall, a really good experience!

We enjoyed everything about the hotel! The Kitchenette with dishes was an extra bonus we were not expecting.
