bad experience to stay here

我從來沒有住過這麼糟糕的旅館，照片根本就是騙人的，實際狀況非常差，東西很舊，房間一開始電燈還壞掉，牆壁斑駁，上下舖非常擠，而且沒有梯子爬上上鋪，女生根本不知道怎麼爬上去，而且上鋪靠外面還沒有任何可以檔的東西，一翻身不小心就會摔下來...房間非常小，只有一個插座，很潮濕，隔音也很差，樓上的房客和外面的人都很吵，我們住的那層樓的浴室蓮蓬頭都是水垢，水幾乎出不來，不知道怎麼洗澡。 網站上說可以寄放行李，但是退房當天寄放行李一個人要三歐(我們只問說能不能放三小時)，退房時間剛到打掃人員(男生)門都不敲就直接拿鑰匙要開門進來，當時我們兩個女生正在換衣服，正要準備下樓退房，差點曝光!!!! I have never stayed in such a bad hotel, photo is a lie, the actual situation is very bad, something very old, the room lights also broken , mottled walls, bunk bed is very crowded, and there is no ladder to climb the upper berth, we do not know how to climb, and capped by the outside nothing can stall, turned the body is easy fall down ... the room is very small, there is only one outlet, very moist, very poor soundproofing, upstairs the tenant and the outside people are very noisy, we live in that bathroom shower have very much furring, water is very very smaill, I do not know how can take a bath. The site says you can store luggage, but the day of leave, Counter staff say that store luggage need to pay three Euro (we just asked, can we put three hours?), When Check-out time, cleaning staff come (boys) and do not knock the door, direct the keys to open the door when we're changing clothes, so scare us!!! So terrible!!!!!!!!!

位置不錯很多餐廳，房間品質狹窄就只適合簡單過夜沒什麼舒適度Good location, many restaurant nearby but the room is very small and narrow just for sleeping.

Possibly the first hostel in Amsterdam I have no complaints about. It is so simple to achieve a 5 star service but many hotel take a mickey, charge and show no care. From the moment you enter Crossroads Hostel, you step into a clean environment with ample space, tables and benches to wait around, free tea and coffee (yes, free tea and coffee) with milk, sugar and cups. Receptionists were all polite and helpful, when I overhead them dealing with other customers. Their bathrooms are the cleanest I've seen around, well stuff with toiletries including T-rolls, showel gel and shampoos, and air freshers all over the building. Left buggage facility available, 24 hour conciege, late check-in and anytime checkout, €10 refundable deposit for the room keys, and I saw them lend someone a padlock to use. And they kindly allowed non-customers to use their reception restrooms. Highly recommended.

Choose another. People who work there are kind of rude. The beds and mattresses are horrible. It only accepts cash and it's a bit far from the center. Pay a little more and choose another one, that's what I'm going to do.

STAY AWAY!!! The place is a dump. There was actual poo on the floor in the restroom off the lobby. When we told them we couldn't stay because if was such a dump, they refused to refund ANY of our money even though we never stayed there.

During the check in they said it was cash only. It was not mentioned before. The room had an ensuite bathroom this is good. But the room was dirty, and when they change sheets they drag it on the dirty floor. I would avoid. BR

I think it's one of Amsterdam worst sleeping accommodations for money. WOW! 35€ per bed... and I don't know invest something back into your business.

It was as expected. Easy to get to, good bed, nice sleep.

This hostel was the worst place we've ever stayed, a real dump. The room was 2x1m or similar, it was dirty and stank, and there were pubic hairs in my bed (which looked like it had been salvaged from a WWII hospital). The staff are also difficult and rude. Not only did we have to pay cash but when we asked for another sheet for my bed, they didn't want to give it to us! There's also 4 very narrow flights of stairs to the top which makes carrying luggage up really difficult. The WiFi doesn't work either. The toilets & showers are so small (think broom closet) that they are not functional. To summarise: do not stay here!!

Location is good. Near the center city Beds: simple and organized Toilets: good Staff: very good and very kind If you are looking a place only to sleep, it is a good option.

I den stora helheten var det ett bra boende. Det jag kan klaga över är frukosten. Den var inte alls bra. Att bli serverad mackor med jordnötssmör, sylt och nutella som enda pålägg är inte bra. Hade jag fått önska hade jag velat ha andra sorters pålägg, kanske juice eller något också

Es wurde nicht ein mal in 4 tagen geputzt. Und das zimmer sowie bad waren bei der Anreise dermaßen verschmutzt
