Crowne Plaza AMSTERDAM - SOUTH, an IHG Hotel

We’ve stayed here before and love the convenience of the metro close by for getting around. It is in a quite, clean area and the hotel is always clean and we have been well cared for. I would recommend this hotel for anyone.

Quick walk to train station, fast commute to Amsterdam central.

I had a room on the top floor. The room was very big and comfortable.

Clean room and bathroom. Nice bed. Good TV, happy they had BBC1, BBC2 and BBC news

very pleasant stay while working. balanced comfort and practicality.

Amazing Hotel, I will definitely stay again. Clean, friendly, positioned well in the city.

Just nice comfortable place

The staff was very rude when he dealt with a guest. I have asked early checkin since I arrived there in the morning after overnight flight. I had an intention to pay for it. However, he asked me to provide complimentary early checkin subject signing in IHG Membership. and, I did it and he told me it will take 15~20 mins. However, it took longer time and finally it reached 1 hour. I approached to him to ask about how long does it take longer since I had another schedule for my business. However, he stopped my conversation and he kept emphasizing he will explain first with very opperesive mood. I started the morning very bad experience.

Friendly staffs and a nice room.

The hotel is good. Room is spacious. Reception staff is good. Only issue was cleaning staff didn't turn up for 1 day, however this problem was solved after contacting reception.

Great hotel close to the metro station. Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean, large rooms and comfortable bed.
