Dear [Hotel Name / Manager], I am sorry to say that my recent experience at your hotel was not satisfactory. The directions provided to my wife on how to reach the hotel were insufficient, and due to the ongoing roadworks around the property, it was very difficult to find the correct access. In addition, the parking was not well signposted, the room was uncomfortably cold, and the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which made the stay less pleasant. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests. Sincerely,

Bedden goed, eetgelegenheden netjes

Mooi oud gebouw. Mijn oude middelbare school. Was bijzonder om weer in het oude mooie gebouw te lopen en te logeren in bijzondere ervaring. Kom graag weer terug naar school om te slapen. Kreeg ik vroeger niet de gelegenheid voor tijdens de les.

Great location and we love this Hotel. So close to shops and the plaza with all kinds of dining locations.

Vi nåede frem, men de havde alligevel ingen ledige værelser

Aanrader als je op tijd gaat ontbijten. Wij waren er om 9u30 en heel wat was niet meer verkrijgbaar. Geen broodjes mee, roerei op, kaas op….

Leuk hotel in een oud middelbare schoolgebouw. Details zijn bewaard gebleven. Wel viel het me op dat het nogal gehorig is op de kamer.

Comfortable hotel in a good location, 5 minute walk to main square. Staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast was good.

Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, prima ontbijt maar wel beetje rommelig, parkeren om de hoek, winkels en restaurants om de hoek, fitness. Blijft bijzonder dat je in Nederland met het personeel vaak niet meer Nederlands kan spreken, maar verder prima service. Helaas kunnen de ramen van de kamer niet open.

The windows in the rooms are closed and can‘t be opened! Breakfast ok but too expensive for what is offered. The room was clean. Not enough possibilities to dry the towels.

Lovely hotel in a great location.you could see the history of the building , very clean & tidy . Lovely breakfast we slept well. Would definitely stay again if we came to that area again .

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at! The staff was the best! They were friendly and helpful. It felt like coming home each night. If I ever make it back to the Netherlands, I will be staying here thank y’all so much!!! 10 stars easy!!!

Een heel fijn hotel in een prachtig pand!

Goed, redelijk basic. Schoon en correct personeel. Jammer dat de bar om 22.30 dicht gaat, zeker als nog in gesprek bent…..

We kwamen s avonds laat aan. De TV op onze kamer werkte niet. Men kwam direct batterijtjes brengen voor de afstandsbediening. Toen dat niet hielp, hebben we een andere, ruimere kamer gekregen. En twee drankjes erbij. Ontbijt was bijzonder uitgebreid. Echt heerlijk.

Freek always goes above and beyond and the whole team is very courteous, professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

The rooms are quite noisy, rooms that can be connected via door - are so noisy that you can hear speaking and conversations from another room

Beautiful building, really comfortable beds
