J’ai adoré cet hôtel. Le confort du lit était spectaculaire!! La chambre moderne et propre! Tout était parfait. J’y serais rester plus longtemps si je avais pu! Le restaurant pour souper est simplement délicieux! Très belle expérience! J’ai adoré!

Good beds and clean

This was the first time i have stayed at this hotel.All the staff were very help full form the moment you arrived, restaurant and food were excellent. The room were excellent clean lots of towels and tea coffees.the only down fall was the bed with 2 single mattress were when this is the care a Double sheet would be good .the only reason for this is the mattress slips off .apart form.that my stay was amazing.

Voor een nachtje kan het prima Maar prullenbak was niet geleegd. En bed ging als een hangmat. Ik was wel keurig opgemaakt.

Rooms are not too bad, service is absent and the breakfast is cold and of a bad quality

Our stay was 9 days. Property was clean. Room was uncomfortably cold—about 62 degrees F most of our stay. I questioned several staff who said they would send someone to look at it but when I mentioned the issue to front desk staff, the said “yeah, the heat has been out in the entire complex for over a week. That’s why we have heaters on our desk!” Staff were a mix of hospitable and cranky. Main issue was upon leaving we were told we could settle our closing bill and if no one was at the front desk at 0500, just call and someone would come. I called 3 times no one came. I left the room key and asked for a copy of the final bill. Never got it. The bill that showed up on my credit card was $927 US when I was expecting something more like $60 for incidental charges. Tried to reach the hotel. No response in over a week. Contacted Expedia and after 5 day still no resolution.

Staff we're so abrupt and not friendly at all. The rooms where ok, but being left cleaning goods left and papers, rubbish and socks left from previous people . So disappointed in this place this time

first time there, after we switched from a previous hotel for our two anual stays in this region in April and Nov. We didn't book the breakfast (too expensive). TV Channels selection is very little, otherwise.....comfortable stay with free parking.

Det var lugnt och bra i hotellet. Frukosten var helt ok och det var bra med hotellparkeringen.

Room was modern, good. Generally clean. Only the bathroom, and especially the shower handheld could use a deep clean. 10 minutes walking to nearest busstop.
