l'hôtel m'a facturé 6 bières alors que je ne les ai pas commandé ! je n'ai vu cette information qu'à réception de la facture. en clair, du vol !

No parking when it was clearly stated that it was possible. The receptionist didn't mention the restaurant that we couldn't find on our own. Won't go again.

Kamer in goede staat maar erg basic . Matrassen goed maar bedden schuiven uit elkaar en matras schuift van bed . 1 enkel laken op de matras : blijft niet strak op matras : elke ochtend verfrommeld en lig je op de matras zelf . Moet in ieder geval een hoeslaken zijn ! Vloerbedekking lift erg versleten ook op gangen ziet vloerbedekking er niet fris uit.

Leuk complex op de rand van het dorp (stad)

Een prima hotel in een mooie, rustige omgeving. Top ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijke bediening.

Wir checkten ein, macten eine Reservierung im restaurant, gingen ins Zimmer, es war benutzt, zurück zur Rezeption..haben 20 min.gewartet bis jemand aus der pause kam, haben ein neues zimmer bekommen, es war so lala sauber..es lagen Tabletten auf dem Boden, später im Restaurant hatten wir keine Reservierung, haben trotzdem einen Tisch bekommen, wir konnten Drinks bestellen aber nach weiteren 35 min.konnten wir kein Essen bestellen, die Leute die nach uns kamen wurden bedient, wir wurden mehrfach ignoriert, haben die Drinks bezahlt und haben das Restaurant verlassen...sorry..aber dort wollten wir kein Geld mehr lassen.

Waren sehr zufrieden.

O hotel em si é simples porém aconchegantes. Dentro do hotel tem um restaurante que é muito bom, porém voce tem acesso a ele somente atravez da reserva efetuada na recepção, caso contrário voce nao consegue. Então é bom se atentar a isso, se não voce terá que sair para comer.

War alles gut ,Personal war sehr nett Zimmer groß ,soweit sauber wenn man was sucht findet man auch was irgendetwas ist immer aber nichts womit man nicht leben könnte. Matratzen waren viel zu weich das fand ich persönlich nicht so schön. Hotel zum Teil neu renoviert nicht verwohnt . Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Alles vorhanden inklusive Schwimmbad auch sehr ordentlich.

I had the impression that FLETCHER Hotels stood for "COMFORT" but if this is what they describe as "comfort", I'll certainly would never stay at any of this hotel group's properties again. The rooms are small and very sparsely furnished and the lighting is so minimal that it is laughable. Did Pinochhio design this for a group of toddlers? One wonders! The only "desk" was a round table with a diameter slightly larger than a bar stool and two small chairs. There is no way that a couple can spend some time in the room just relaxing. The restaurant was disappointing. The location is only good for people who come by car. Better stay in the center of town.

We think the hotel was OK, needs a bit of an update, faster lift, better beds, a spare pillow should be provided, bigger TV in the room/ too small for the room size. The wifi was very slow and not really suitable to try and use for business purpose in my experience. It is nicely situated and the staff were friendly, an update of the technology would improve it a lot.

l'hôtel m'a facturé des frais de bar d'une autre chambre lors de mon avant dernier séjour. Malgré qu'ils aient reconnu le problème (par écrit) , toujours aucun remboursement 3 semaines plus tard !.

I am writing this review at 05 in the morning because the bed keeps me awake, it is completely worn out, soft, and I can feel the springs from the mattress in my back. There seems to be a topping bedding mattress missing, it feels unhygienic and the sheet just moves around. It supposed to be a double bed but the two separate beds just sliding apart. The pillow is also warned out with lumps in it. The heat in the room was off and it felt cold when we arrived. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower cabin, unfortunately the shower was faulty so all the water ran out onto the bathroom floor. The towels are so warn out, frayed and torn. Rooms were very poorly cleaned. We tried the pool which was nice and felt fresh apart from some odor that came from time to time. The pool was a little too cold for my taste. We also bowled on extremely worn out courts. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, a hamburger which was ok and a mixed grill which was an extremely small portion. The breakfast was basic, no large selection and not worth the price. It must have been a nice facility once upon a time, now it feels very worn out and as if they are struggling to get it going around.

Was goed vertoeven in dit hotel, ook goede bistro in huis.

Wir haben nach 1 Stunde wieder ausgecheckt und sind nach Hause gefahren. Es stand nichts davon in der Beschreibung das man alles extra bezahlen muss. Sauna 30 min, 10 Euro. Bademantel 7 Euro. Bei einem Preis von ca 100 Euro kann man mehr erwarten
