房間不整潔，又有幾款昆蟲，設施陳舊，浴室門經常發出聲音，浴室去唔到水，沐浴間和洗手盆去不到水，經常淤塞

酒店與MTR距離大約15分鐘路程, 但與水管屋等地標比較近, 酒店員工很友善, 酒店設計很有趣, 但唯一是沖涼房能給房間內清楚看見沖涼情況, 如不是太親密的情侶入住比較麻煩

It's unique to be one the water, but that's it. far from city center and the room is small and dim and no fridge inside. Bed too soft Clean, nice staff, bathroom is better than i expected Not gonna choose it again if i visit rotterdam next time.

交通方便，離Blaak車站約5~10分鐘，許多重要景點也在那附近。 淋浴間的排水孔排的很慢。 目前周圍很多地方在施工，白天有些許噪音。 沒有斜坡可以方便拖移行李箱，如果行李很重又水位又剛好較高，大門的樓梯會變得有點陡

One of hotel lady is very rude & unwilling to answer question.

酒店是位於河上的船隻改裝，房間較小但有特色，而且位處火車站，立方屋及鉛筆屋等景點附近，只需步行5-10分鐘，特別一提是酒店的餐廳食物很好，只是晩餐只有一個廚師兼任侍應，上餐時間較耐

Good location and near the heart of Rotterdam but you will hear a bit noise from outside the room due to the stepping sound from other customers. Maybe my room is near the staircase. Anyway, special experience to live the 'ship' near the land.

位置没得说，去火车站走路5分钟，去立体屋大概5分钟，很好找。酒店服务也不错还有自己的餐厅，但房型实在不太舒适，很小，两个人一间房都太小，而且有股霉味。当然因为这个酒店是在船舱里无法避免，但我应该不会推荐人入住 体验不太满意

離方塊屋 鉛筆屋 水管屋，以及新的美麗市集相當近，走路約五分鐘即可到達。停車場一天12歐，走路約三分鐘即可到達。房間內設備齊全，還有熱水瓶，飯店人員服務也很周到。除了到大廳的那段樓梯需扛行李外(飯店人員可幫忙服務)，其他皆好的沒話說，價格又不貴。

here just stay 1 day for Kinderdijk, all the staff are very nice and friendly , so lovely !! comfy bed , 10 mins walk to blaak rotterdam station :)

Given the choice, I’m glad I did. Also, love the punny name! I had a really good four night stay here. My room, on the lower level, was quiet and comfortable. My porthole was aimed at the canal wall but, when the tide was high, I had a view of the street. Being a cabin, while spacious, there were a few things to navigate, like the two posts near the window, one of which I ended up head-butting as bent down to pick up something! Ah, the life of a sailor ;) The room had a work table, TV, free WiFi, kettle with tea & coffee, air-conditioning, block out curtains and wardrobe. It lacked a luggage rack and fridge. The washroom had a surprisingly large shower with a great water pressure, a wall-attached hairdryer, quality toiletries and lush towels. The location was excellent with all parts of the city within easy walking distance. It’s only three blocks from the Markthall and the food and groceries therein. Breakfast is available onsite, however, I chose to eat out. I was taking a night ferry to the UK and they happily stored my bags for the day. This was fun way to visit Rotterdam for the first time and I would stay again.

la localisation parfaite, la chambre un peu petite mais ca etait, le etat de matlas mauvaise trop soft, le petite dej convenable, A l'arrive on nous a demandé une caution de 100 euros, que soit disant serait rembourser à notre départ, mais du moment de ckect out, on a eu de mal à faire annuler cette debit de 100 euros, on a trouvé que c'etait pas tres correct

Excellent location! Very central to whatever you might need, including public transit. Rooms were relatively small but had room for whatever you might need. Very friendly staff.

Great location and room

Where shall I start? From check in to check out the whole stay was a disaster. Incompetent staffing. Cancelled my booking 30 mins before I arrived. Even though I had purposely rang the hotel the day before to confirm and make the payment. I was assured that the room was booked and no need to make payment as I could make payment when I arrived. I started my drive to Holland leaving at 0200. Upon arriving at the hotel around 1400 I was informed that the booking had been cancelled and that they had emailed me. So we tried to rebook the room right there and then, only to have them try to charge a lot extra and state that they don't take cash. So I drove all the way back to my sons flat so I could check my emails and rebook the room through Hotels.com. Once I back to the Hotel I was then charged an additional 100 euros deposit, I also sign a "illicit drug use" form, again apparently is also clearly stated on the advert. Which clearly isn't as I have since rechecked. This then had to be a card transaction as they don't take cash. I was informed that the money wouldn't be taken that they just hold the card details until check out!!! We tried to pay for drinks in the bar and again informed the hotel doesn't take cash. Room dangerous, from ceiling height to slippery shower floor, to unsafe steps to outside terrace. On checking out i asked then to refund my deposit as they had debited the money from my account. Was informed that it would take 3 day! still waiting!

Hotel was in a fantastic location ,easily accessible to main attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, beds were very comfy.everything was perfect from start to finish. Thankyou for a perfect stay .
