Holiday Inn Express AMSTERDAM - SLOTERDIJK STATION, an IHG Hotel

阿姆斯特丹酒店太貴，就可以考慮只坐一個站到這間酒店，就在車站旁邊，樓下還有超市 。房間大，舒適，包早餐，CP 值高。

The location of the hotel is wonderful and convenient to take public transport. Also the hotel is comfortable and the breakfast is good.

Love the location of this hotel, literally right next to Amsterdam Sloterdijk Train Station, train service to almost everywhere in the Netherlands, this station also has tram 19 and many buses routes, very convenient in terms of transportation. Room is clean and comfortable, the only thing to pick about is that there’s no fridge in the room. Continental breakfast is included in the rate, with quite a few selections, can’t complain much about the taste considered the price. Hotel staff is nice and helpful, overall I’d recommend this hotel if your major concern is transportation.

工作人員非常親切、反應的問題、馬上處理。早餐菜色都沒換、連續住宿、會吃膩。飯店位置很讚、離機場也近。非常推薦來住宿。

這家飯店在中午Check-In時告知房間還沒準備好，可以先付款寄放行李，等下午3點後再回來櫃檯拿房卡，結果等到下午3點後他們安排的是一間裡面設備有損毀故障的房間，到櫃檯要求換房，櫃檯說沒有相同房型，只剩下Twin Bed房型，於是我詢問能不能直接升等，他說需要問主管，最後才願意提供不同樓層的Double bed 房型讓我選擇，在這家Check in後務必要檢查他們提供的房間設施有沒有故障

交通方便，地點很近火車站，巴士站。隔離有間超市。Location唔錯。不過在入住其間曾經兩度發出火警警報，而且是在晚間深夜時分，很狼狽地要走火警。最後都只是警鐘誤明。酒店只係簡單道歉，但冇詳細解釋原因。已經瞓咗俾佢嚇醒就瞓唔返好激氣。

我們在14天內先後2次入住酒店，第一次住7晚，第二次住2晚，但每次入住期間都出現半夜警鐘誤鳴，第一次在天寒及大雨下走到街上，事後酒店解釋是有客人在房內抽煙觸發煙霧感應器；至於第二次誤鳴發生在5月11日凌晨，可能有次前經驗，誤鳴很快停止，酒店職員透過廣播呼籲住住客安全可留在房內。2次警鐘誤鳴都嚴重影響睡眠質素。此外，第二次入住安排的房間，淋浴間的花曬水壓很低，出水很弱，由於只住2晚，換房較麻煩，只好捱過去算了。

During my staying period in hotel, there was a fire alarm and hotel requested all residents to evcate, when we gether in front of hotel, no staff notify us the sitaution, whether it s fault or actual incident. No one inform us when we can return our room. When the resident feel safe, they decide to return the hotel. Under such situation, hotel staff should inform customers the updated situation in stead of let them alone.

Sloterjik站到AMS中央車站，乘NS僅六分鐘，出站即到又有電梯，房間也比市區大，更別提還有免費早餐。非常棒推薦-要不是第二晚整晚感覺到有節奏的重低音的話。不至於很大聲，但感覺得到。

Very convenient to the station and there is a convenience store just downstairs.

Good place for transportation for bus/metro/tram/train “Spar” (convenient store) is downstairs very convenient Limited choice for breakfast, not bad However, there are many people under the hotel main entrance, screaming and talking out loud. It is so annoying, if you are staying in 1/F-3/F. Room is normal. But many stains on the carpet and wall. The room really needs the maintenance.

The hotel is conveniently located immediately next to a major train station and is literally above a bus terminus - where there is a bus to the airport. These make travelling within Amsterdam very easy. It is just a 20-minute bus or a 10-minute train ride to the city centre. The hotel is reasonably good overall although the check is was a nightmare to me. I would like to thank a couple of gentlemen who helped me during my check-in as I needed to change room for a few times. One of them even personally checked my room before assigning it to you in order to avoid the recurrence of the check in problems for the first two room assignments. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. There are varieties of food which suit every taste, and provide a good start of the day. The housekeeping, on the other hand, needs some improvement as when I checked in I was given a room which was not made up yet and during my stay the dirty cups were not replaced on one day and the used tea bags were not cleared on the other day. The phone was not working during my 3-night stay. All in all, I still recommend this hotel to the travelers as it is reasonably priced and conveniently located.

We were offered a free drink for the first day to have no cleaning in our room because the hotel was full. We didn’t receive any cleaning the whole 4 days despite being told it was only for 1 day. Charged 6 euros to store our bags, never had to pay for this service in any other hotel. It seems like a busy hotel constantly trying to save on costs

Leider hat bei diesem Besuch überhaupt gar nichts gestimmt. Zur Check Inside war kein Zimmer frei und nur nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage wurde uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen. Das Zimmer war jedoch von der Ausstattung sehr alt und insgesamt sehr dreckig. Wir würden dieses Hotel auf gar keinen Fall weiter empfehlen.

We were given a room
