Charming lovely hotel with excellent service and great location. Breakfast was delicious and served in an elegant gorgeous salon. Located only a 10 minute walk from major museums and a one block walk to the tram, this is the best place to stay in Amsterdam in our opinion. We would love to come back some day.

Nice boutique hotel with lovely staff who were very attentive.

They have the nicest staffs here, very warm and considerate, very welcoming and thoughtful comparing to the other hotel we lived the night before, they gave us some silver lining while stuck in Amsterdam in snow. Would definitely revisit this boutique hotel next time x

A truly magical experience! We stayed in the elegantly appointed rooms with a live Xmas tree, and a view of the canal! The service was impeccable, the entire staff lovely and warm. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee superb! The hotel is gorgeous and we cannot wait to return.

This is perhaps my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I have stayed in hotels all over the world. This hotel is in a large converted canal house. The designers and staff have thought of every last detail. The artwork is interesting and thematic, the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms are well-appointed with heated floors and high-end amenities. We stayed in a family room. My daughter loved the bunk beds and we loved the fresh bottled water brought daily and the incredible bed and pillows. Breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room was so relaxing. We visited in the evening to take advantage of the complimentary cake and to read, etc. The rooms were very quiet and very dark for sleeping, and ours had a leafy view into the walled garden. But it’s the staff that make this hotel exceptional. Giorgio made breakfast a fantastic experience each morning with prompt, friendly service. And when our infant fell ill, the staff were very helpful at giving us options for medical care should we have needed it. They recommended delicious food, made us tasty welcome drinks and ensured all our needs were met. If we find ourselves in Amsterdam again, we will certainly stay here!

Hotel is located in a wonderful area. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful time. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Excellent staff, very informative and helpful

The location of the hotel is so convenient. There is a tram stop and plenty of shopping just a few metres away. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast but there is a wonderful cafe opposite on the other side of the canal. The outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff. They were so welcoming, warm and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great staff & location

Personel, temizlik, odalar herşey harikaydı. Personel çok nazik, güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Odalar yepyeni, geniş. Banyo harika, kullanılan ürünler mükemmel. Otelin yeri de harika, sokak başından teamvay geçiyor ve merkeze çok uzak değil. Yakınlarda yiyecek alternatifi var. Bir daha gelsek kesinlikle yine burada kalırız.

I’ve stayed here several times before but not since they renovated. It has become much less charming. We were basically in the basement with windows onto the sidewalk for a very hefty price.
