房間隔音很差,我們房間是111離大門近聽到開關門聲音也就算了,,,朋友住隔壁,竟然連他們講話內容都聽得到,很離譜.入住第1天電視完全不能看.雖然馬上派人來並且允諾隔天不能看會讓我們換房間,,但是到了第二天得到結果是沒房可換.第三天也是沒派人來修電視.一樓櫃檯人員也是不太知道狀況

Great hotel and location

Hotel is going through renovations and currently only one lift works. Given we were on the third floor it was rather inconvenient to get around the hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful for checking in and out. The rooms are ok. Nothing special so would not book a delux next time as it was not what we expected to get. Other than that it was a lovely place and very ideal spot PSA. They only clean rooms every 3 days if you remember to put out the door sign

This hotel is in a lovely location, overlooking a beautiful park. We liked it as it wasn’t in central Amsterdam so felt a bit quieter. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. The staff were very helpful. There was a large wedding on the Saturday, but you could not hear it from the room which was great! The room was lovely, clean and modern. The lounge area mezzanine was a particularly highlight.

Outrageously expensive at $416 for a room we could barely stand up in. The window shades malfunctioned and stayed up thus zero privacy in the bedroom or the shower. The room was the size of a postage stamp and one-third had a sloped ceiling with obstacles to side step and duck under. The staff was nice, the room was mostly clean (the sink and toilet were not clean of debris) The lighting was poor and some of the outlets did not work so moving the one lamp to a suitable position to illuminate the suitcase was impossible. Nowhere to put our suitcases. The grounds were gorgeous on the OstPark, the bar was decent, the menu lacked meat and dairy free choices so we could not eat there. Great place to stay if you are a super slim 4’2” omnivore

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was wonderful.

Hotel Arena is an oasis in busy Amsterdam. It is situated on the edge of Oosterpark providing a green respite from the noisy city.

This property is a historic building, very interesting, but I don’t think it should be 4 stars. The room could have better design and finishing. The restaurant is nice, and breakfast was surprisingly good.

Nydelig sted og flott utehage. Greit sentralt med offentlig transport rett ved.

Beautiful location, exquisite hotel, with wonderful rooms, fully renovated, big bathrooms, awesome breakfast, beautiful, huge patio for drinks or lunch! Great location to many areas in the city

Fire doors were so noisy

Amazing location-great patio vibe fir drinks, breakfast is lovely and surrounding park is peaceful! The building has a lot of history and the rooms are well appointed. Great value and make sure to rent bikes!

Bodde här i 3 nätter och det var er oerhört bekvämt och mysigt hotell. I det livliga Amsterdam hittades denna oas. Toppen på alla sätt. Varma rekommendationer och jag kommer återvända flera gånger. Tack.

The rooms ate a bit pricy for their size as they are significantly smaller than depicted on the website, and felt a bit crowded for two people given the bathrooms were built-in to the rooms after building construction. Our air conditioning was not working, however this seemed to be fixed by opening the window. The breakfast was lovely, and the location was very quaint. Yet facilities-wise this is a fine stay for a night or so, yet anything longer I would prefer a higher-end hotel
