Good: (1) convenient, next to many shops (and also coffee shops) (2) around 25 mins walk from the train station (3) some friendly staffs Bad: (1) without elevator (2) narrow stairs (3) just slightly stinky (4) bedding seemed not so clean (5) rusty airers (6) one rude staff

The staff are very nice and location is good. However, there is no lift in the hotel and it is not convenient to traveller with large luggage.

樓下就是電車Rembrandtplein站(林布蘭廣場)，交通是很方便，但飯店沒有電梯，搬行李爬四層樓非常累人，且浴室及洗手間是一層樓共用一間。 且房間內部較老舊。

Very courteous staff and good cleaning service

the place is quite clean and very near locations, the problem is on the night , if you want to sleep and rest after a long trip you are in the wrong place, it's a very noise area , surrounded by bars, smoke shops and local taberns who closed at 4am every night.

The location is its best seller. Very central and close to everything. The cleaning is not very good and it seems very old with not a lot of care taking

Friendly place.

Hotel should be demolished. When you open the front door, you have to walk up around 35 narrow steps side ways not to slip and fall. There is no elevator in the building. The 2nd floor has a narrower set of around 45 step wide enough for 1 person and has to also be negotiate walking sideways. The disco Nextdoor starts blasting music from midnight to 4 AM. So bring noise equalizers. The place is a fire hazard. There is no A/C but a fan on the wall helps.

The hotel’s location is excellent — everything you need is within walking distance, and it’s easy to reach from the airport (about 30 minutes by public transport). The building and furniture are a bit dated, but it adds to the vintage charm, which I actually liked. Everything in the room worked fine. However, the cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom, where there was some mould on the ceiling and tiles, and the shower curtain seemed overdue for replacement. Another downside is that the room’s electricity only works when the key card is inserted into the power slot. This means that when you leave and take the card with you, there’s no electricity to charge your devices. I also noticed that charging my phone took unusually long, even when the power was on. Everything else was fine, and if you’re wondering whether I’d go back — I would. You can’t beat the location and the price we got it for.

Useful for walking to some key places, to see the whole centre and access to trams. Good location to stay in Amsterdam.

Location good but got bitten by insects

トラムの駅から近くアムステルダム駅からのアクセスも良好。ダム広場、美術館エリアにも徒歩圏内で観光の立地が良かったです。古い建物なのでエレベーターが無く、急な階段を上り下りするのは荷物があると大変でした。シャワー、トイレは共同ですが、洗面所は部屋にあり、部屋は清潔に管理されていました。チェックイン時に他の部屋の前に利用者が吐瀉したのか掃除中の物が廊下にあり気分を害しましたが夜にはきれいになっていました。

Just average. Not recommended for light sleepers. Not mush noise from street level, but constant noise from doors that open and close all night at each floor.

This hotel is extremely well located. It’s a bit dated, but for the price and location it is good.

Everything was alright except there is no lift and the stairs are really narrow to carry luggage to upper floors.
