A localização do hotel é ótima, pertinho dos principais museus e do Vonder Park. Camas confortáveis. O nosso quarto tinha uma varandinha com mesinha e cadeiras, o que foi ótimo para o café da manhã. Porém, tivemos um grande problema durante o check in, pois o hotel não tem recepção. Quando chegamos, havia apenas um bilhete colado na parede, pedindo que ligassemos para um número de telefone deles, mas não conseguimos ligar do nosso telefone, por conta da nossa operadora brasileira. Ficamos um bom tempo na calçada, com as nossas bagagens, sem saber o que fazer, até que comecei a pedir ajuda para as pessoas que passavam na rua. Depois da abordar várias pessoas, um rapaz se disponibiliziu a ligar para o número e passou as informações pra gente. Tivemos que digitar a senha que eles passaram numa caixinha, nas escadas do hotel, para ter acesso à chave. Depois desse primeira péssima impressão, a estadia acabou sendo tranquila. Não tivemos outros problemas. Tinha TV e frigobar no quarto.

Great staff who went above and beyond, excellent location. Fridge in the room worked great, clean towels everyday and lovely shower. Highly recommend!

Really good cheaper option when compared to other hotels in the area, would stay there again without hesitation

This hotel is a great no frills option that is well located around Museumplein with plenty of shopping and night life options.

Nuestra experiencia fue buena, la localización es genial, ya que está en el barrio de los museos y puedes ir a pie a la mayoría de ellos. La habitación tampoco estuvo mal, tenía terraza, un poco sucia, pero al ser otoño no la abrimos, la ducha es un poco lio porque está a ras de suelo y las escaleras, como en la mayoría de Amsterdam, son un poco infernales con maletas, porque son muy empinadas y debes subir dos veces, porque la recepción está en la puerta de al lado (también con escaleras), todo lo demás la verdad es que sin queja.

Chambre spacieuse, avec 3 lits simples, belle hauteur sous plafond et parquet donnant à la chambre une belle luminosité ainsi qu'un style simple et élégant. Salle de bain propre, simple, petite mais bien agencée. Isolation phonique moyenne. Hotel très bien localisé dans Amsterdam, à deux pas des musées et d'un immense parc magnifique.

L'établissement est bien placé, a peu de chambres et est très bien tenu. Le personnel est très serviable (serviettes supplémentaires, assiettes...) et la chambre confortable avec un lavabo, pratique puisque les toilettes et la salle de bain sont en commun avec 3 autres chambres. Seuls points négatifs : escaliers un peu étroits et raides et absence de lampe de chevet (juste un plafonnier).

Friendly staff and clean room

Better lighting in room would be nice. My friend fell down the steep stairs. Amsterdam is nice and the room was more than okay Fairly clean and great location right in the museum plaza and you walk outside and see the Gucci store

El hotel tiene buena ubicación y cumple su funcionalidad, pero nos han cobrado 40€ de más al precio inicial establecido (sin ningún tipo de justificación), y el personal es un poco seco.

L'espace salle de bain n'était pas propre et vraiment trop petit. Le ménage laisse à désirer. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon du tout 355 euros pour 3 nuits sans petit déjeuner, c'est très cher pour ce que c'est. Seul point positif, l'emplacement.

Hotel discreto, bien ubicado, un poco alejado del centro, con limpieza diaria, discreto en servicios pero aceptable.

The location is great. It is close to designers’ stores, the bus station to the airport, main museums, and downtown. The personnel was very supportive and helped me with all I needed. The best!

Very very small for a moderately expensive price. Very nice staff however, and the shared facilities are kept clean. Lack of soap holders meant I used one of my water cups to transport soap between my room and the showers, and there was nowhere to put soap and shampoo but the floor/cup. Stairs are incredibly steep.

Really great location! Right by Museumplein and easy to get to from Schiphol using the 397 bus. I stayed in a three person room with some friends. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The stairs are steep with narrow steps, but they're average from what I've seen of the Netherlands. My main complaint is with the bathroom. The floor of the shower isn't at all separated from the rest of the bathroom, meaning water can seep everywhere when the three of us showered back-to-back. Also, it takes a full day for the steam to clear.

Great area. Rooms were comfortable and clean. There is only no elevator, so you'll have to be ok carrying your suitcases up stairs. I would stay there again.
