住在馬路邊上，因此整夜非常吵雜

位置很棒，附近有市集算熱鬧，離超市也不遠 搭機場公車，下車後沒有走很遠，很容易找到 飯店附近有很多步行可到的博物館 唯一缺點就是房間真的蠻小的

前台还比较人性化，不能入住但可以先寄存行李，最后提前半小时入住。房间卫生可以，就是太太小，连个塑料水杯都没有。

離車站近，在馬路邊，半夜還聽得到路人，及紅綠燈換燈的秒數聲音

離電車站很近 坐16號/24號電車到中央車站 5站距離 15分鐘左右 在海尼根體驗館旁邊 附件有超市 房間內設備簡單 沒有煮水壺 沒有衣架

About 2 minutes to tram station of 16 & 24, so it's easy to get to everywhere. Single room is small, but it's quiet to get a good sleeping.

maybe the room is just up above the main entrance.....and a pub is just next to the hotel. All this brings a noisy night.

O atendimento do todos os funcionários foi muito bom. Porém a limpeza deixou muito a desejar em todos os sentidos. O quarto muito pequeno, cabelo na cama e muita poeira por falta de uma limpeza mais pesada! Poderia melhorar com certeza. Mas, falta a atenção dedicada exclusivamente na limpeza!

Room didn’t have a lock, carpets were disgustingly dirty, lift was broken, bed was half comfortable and kept separating in the middle

staff were nice, but there was no lift to the 3rd floor going up very steep steps not fun with bags - staff offered to help, but def not good.

I had many apprehensions booking this hotel due to the reviews. The hotel is located in a great area close to the museum district and the city center. The park across the street is scenic too and I liked chilling there before I went back to the hotel to sleep. I was in a single unit on the second floor facing the courtyard. I had no noise issues from this unit. My unit was recently renovated it seemed and was very clean. The mattress had discoloration but it wasn’t terrible. The inside is old and the carpet is stained and unsightly. The hotel would be smart to get rid of the carpet and install cheap flooring it would make the hotel so much nicer and presentable.

A localização é muito boa e o atendimento também. Porém as condições do quarto, não é das melhores, falta manutenção. Teias dos cantos e poeira também. Mas como eu passava a maior parte do tempo fora, isso não me afetou tanto.

Terribile la mia camera era piena di vespe non potevo aprire la finestra ho chiesto piu volte di poter cambiare stanza non sono riuscito a dormire per 2 giorni Nonostante lo abbia comunicato subito e avessi ancje un altra stanza prenotata a nome di un amico che non era potuto piu venire ... veramente il peggior soggiorno della mia vita .. lo sconsiglio a tutti hotel imbarazzante .. vergognosi far stare una.persona.in una stanza.ad afosto senza.poter aprire la finestra ... la notte dovevo passarla ad uccidere vespe vegognoso

Renny was very helpful however the rest of the staff was not. Hotel was very very basic and old. Towels threadbare and had holes or were frayed at edges, bathroom had mold in shower and pillows werevery small and thin for the tripple room costing €250 Euro nightly.Lots if noise from street. As elevators was broken it was very hard to navigate tight spiral staircase with luggage. Plus was easy to navigate to public transportation and tourist attractions.

アムステルダム中央駅からは歩くと30分ほどかかりますがトラムが通っているので不便な感じはしませんでした。 ホテルは少しわかりにくかったですが、ハイネケンのブリュワリーのすぐ近くでした。エレベーター、冷蔵庫はなかったです。

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti ,hotel in posizione comoda per spostarsi sia a puedi che con i mezzi!le pulizie delle camere lasciano un po a desiderare ....

The room and bathroom were as expected however my stay was spoiled as the window leaked during overnight rain, which dripped off the window cill onto me disturbing my sleep

Overall stay was good, staff was nice but the room stinks so badly. Went for 3 nights, I was scared that I might get bitten by bed bugs as room and bed had this weird smell. If they could do something for smell, maintenance the lift and toilet seat, walking in a stairs was scary. Hotel is in nice place with convenient price, would rate more if I didn’t find those things.
