明明訂房時寫著"不會向您的信用卡收取費用，這只是用來確認您的訂房".但飯店人員卻表示先前免費取消的訂房已先被扣款. 要再給他信用卡才可以刷退. 訂房規定和實際操作完全不同.

明明有幾晚住宿已經在免費取消規定的7天前23:59前取消. 飯店櫃台卻說收到Hotels.com的通知已過免費取消時間. 給他看取消Mail並和台灣Hotels.com再次確認才同意取消.

Hit budget, but better for casual trips without much luggage... as no lift is available.

Great stay

Room condition was adequate. Clean and decent storage space for a one night stay. Despite the many reviews warning about the staircase, and despite walking slowly down them, I still slipped and fell down 3-4steps. This caused me to gain 2 big bruises. I felt pain in my arm, leg and foot. Even now 3 days later I still have tenderness in the arm. I was being careful walking slowly but I think the step was quite slippery. I would suggest to be very careful to anyone staying here and ensure to hold on to the railing. Perhaps the hotel should consider some anti-slip guard.

This is in the heart of amsterdam central, 5 mins walk from amsterdam central station. It's very good for going around the area and walking around amsterdam, the rooms were clean and suitable for 3 travellers, showers were fine. The stairs are long and tight, but other than that, no complaints.

Hotel Damrak Inn is conveniently located right next to the train station, canal tours, restaurants, and plenty of shopping. The location could not be better—it’s truly within walking distance of nearly everything you’ll want to see in Amsterdam. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the amazing staff. Every team member we met was personable, helpful, kind, and genuinely fun to talk to, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be right in the heart of Amsterdam, with easy access to all the sights and experiences the city has to offer.

Excelente ubicación a unos minutos de la Gran central y puntos turísticos. Personal atento y amable.

Pros: Very close to station, decent price, private shower and toilet, 24 hour help desk Cons: not wheelchair friendly, or friendly if you have any luggage, even to get up to the reception desk you need to go up stairs. Also, there wasn't really a proper door on the toilet, they were more like glass saloon doors. Also, the bed really wasn't comfy at all.

The room was clean and comfortable, the toilet was also very clean. The location of the hotel was very central, 5-7 min walk from Amsterdam Centraal Station. Plenty of metro/tram lines nearby. Dam square a few minutes walk away with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The receptionist and housekeeping team were very friendly and professional throughout the stay. Free coffee machine for guests which seems like nothing but really does improve the experience. Luggage room available if arriving in Amsterdam before check in time or leaving Amsterdam late in the afternoon/evening. No complaints with the WiFi. The only thing you should consider is that as the hotel is located in quite a central place it can be quite noisy during the day, however, during the night it was fine. The price was extremely reasonable and affordable for such a hotel in a good location.
