Transportation to the hotel is convenient and it is just two tram stops from th Central Station. The hotel is situated on busy street with a wide variety of dining places to choose from so you don't need to worry about getting good food. There's a luggage room if you wish to store your luggages after checking out.

住宿整體可接受，但房間小，無空調或冷氣，僅提供桌上型電扇。廁所浴巾還未使用就有點溼溼的，讓人有點不舒服。但接待人員皆很親切。

位置在水壩廣場旁交通便利 樓下是飲食與商店街購物方便 網路速度良好

The hotels are adequate. The room was good but small and the bathroom was very small. The best thing about the hotel is the location bang slap in the middle of Amsterdam which was great.

The location is pretty convenient. And in general was ok. It’s an old building with difficult stairs if you have a big luggage. Furnitures are a bit old. There’s a lot of noises from the neighborhood buildings and when they are cleaning the hotel.

Wir waren zu zweit und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Das einzige was am Morgen einbisschen laut war, waren die Bauarbeiten am Haus bzw im Haus. die ersten zwei Stockwerke wurden renoviert und dies ist dann halt mit Baulärm verbunden. Nicht sehr laut aber für jemand der einen nicht so tiefen schlaf hat sicher nicht optimal. Ansonsten hatten wir wirklich einen super Aufenthalt. Das Bett was sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer ist klein aber fein. evtl ist die Lage des WC nichts für jemand der über 1m70 ist denn das WC ist sehr nahe an der Wand (wir 1.65cm gross hatten direkt noch platz um uns hinzusetzten) :-) Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich. Info diese Hotel hat KEINEN AUFZUG (wir wussten es aber einfach nochmals für alle als info) :-)

I found the location, staff, layout and cleanliness all top rate. The establishment is having some renovations that were annoying, but can just imagine how very beautiful it will be once completed !! Will be back

The location is great, the staff are friendly and the price compares with similar hotels in the area. But when we arrived after a long fight from the west coast of Canada, the first two floors were being thoroughly renovated in a way that was noisy and complicated climbing the stairs past that, the hot water wasn’t working, and the AC/ heater left the room either too cool or too hot. The washroom was too small to be comfortable. There was no breakfast. In the least, there should have been more warning about the conditions and a reduction in price in compensation. I cancelled our return trip through Amsterdam at this hotel and booked another hotel. Perhaps the hotel will be better when the renovations are finished, but there should be assistance with luggage up the steep stairs for seniors,

O hotel estava em reforma e fiquei com o quarto mais alto com uma sacada improvisada e suja!

Great customer service and team. The staff are really friendly and respond quickly to enquiries. Hotel is in an excellent location. You are in the main area for alot of activities within good commuting distance.rooms are decent size with nice working AC/heating unit. Would recommend this place again.staff helped me with booking activities. Great place to stay.

Fint værelse, men hotellet have virkelig tynde vægge så jeg kun høre alt der skete uden for min dør, selv hvis bare nogle gik forbi eller snakkede lavt. Vidste heller ikke før jeg kom at de var igang med at renovere, så man kunne højt høre boremaskiner og banken om morgenen og en enkelt aften også. Det ville jeg ønske jeg havde vidst på forhånd.

Please let know the guests that the stairs are very difficult to go up and down when you have a lot of logged, because I was in 507 and with 2 suitcases was terrible to go up and after for the checkout down

Early check in

All the staff were so lovely, very accommodating and made me feel at home during my stay. Definitely recommend coming here as it’s right in the central. It does get abit noisy at night due to location but earplugs are fine (you can buy some from the reception). Thanks again for a great stay :)

Adorable hotel, it does not have amenities, however it’s clean, safe, VERY convenient for food/shopping and the main train station. Staff was wonderful, rooms are small, but then the building is old/historical. There is no elevator, this is manageable. Didn’t experience any noise issues. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.
