1the reception clerks are really helpful for odering boat ticket and recommend ing the canal museum for us. 2 the 1 floor double room is really small and even can't use toilet with enough space.

The staff was friendly and personable. The location was minutes walking from a wide variety of restaurants and bars, and the central train station. Everyone speaks English so don’t be worried about that. Communication is easy. Get a chocolate covered waffle. You won’t be disappointed. But be ready for trash bags in the streets each morning.

Awesome Little place comfy clean well priced and well placed too 5mins from the Central station 24hrs so no need to take your room card anywere

I liked the area but we couldn't get our twins beds room, we ended up upgrading with £60 to get a studio flat, which had 40 steps to reach, was better but no TV. anyway I would not book the hotel again. Thank you

Great location for both train station and city centre. Staff lovely. Breakfast was included . Not the most modern hotel but was clean enough. No view, quite small room. Was expecting perhaps a little more modernisation for the money but wasnt that disappointed.

This little hotel worked wonderfully for me for the night. The staff are excellent and very kind! My room was small but worked for just me… it was just extraordinarily hot and could have used some sort of ventilation to move air. The window faced an ally with no air movement at all. Tv worked great hung above the bed and overall it was a lovely stay!
