Lovely nature-theme decor with tasty daily breakfast at GAIA Cafe downstair. Service is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our room has an alcove furnished with bunkbed, a perfect hideaway for our teenagers who say this is their best hotel stay yet! Hotel is conveniently located in Oude Delft, within a short walk from the train and tram stations, the Oude Kerk Nieuwe Kerk, Musee Prinsenhof Delft, Royal Delft Museum and TU Delft. Rotterdam and Den Haag are a short train/tram ride away. Excellent value!

Bedden prima, alleen erg warm op de kamer, raam kon alleen op kiep, klein beetje. Wel plafondventilator. Maar het was ook 30 graden buiten. Heerlijk ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Borrelkaart met aparte heerlijke bites. Lunch was ook prima. Goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding. Prachtige ligging aan gezellig pleintje met uiteraard platanen.

My daughter and I had a pleasant stay at Hotel de Plataan. Our twin room had a nature-inspired theme and we felt very relaxed in there. The heating in our room was not working during our 4-night stay, which was reported. A duty manager came to investigate it but the heating still didnt work during our stay. Our breakfast was served downstairs in the restaurant each morning. The breakfast was wonderful. There was was a selection of teas and coffees, cereals, cheeses, breads, and omelettes could be made by the chef upon request. The hotel is well situated in Delft. Delft train station is less than a 10-minute walk away. The shops, main square and cafes are all within a 10-minute radius from the hotel.

Very friendly staff. They upgraded my room to give me more space. Nice to have a bath.

The Interieur in the Hotel room was old Fashion and the Double bed. was top small. Breakfast was very delicious

Funky hotel fairly central in Delft with a good breakfast included. We stayed one night in this spot. Nice room with eclectic decorating and updated washroom. Main issue was the room was really warm, even though it wasn’t really hot outside. Ceiling fan helped for main part of room, but the nook with bunk beds was excessively warm with no air circulation, and only one window could be opened slightly. Kids were pretty uncomfortable. High price but that seems par for the course in the Netherlands.

Alles was goed, netjes en verzorgd. Enige minpuntje was geen airco met een nacht temperatuur van 30gr, wel een ventilator aan het plafond dus dat hielp nog een klein beetje. Maar zeker een hotel om aan te raden.
