Super unclean: The sheets are dirty. There's leftover toothpaste beside the sink. The sink is terrible. The room is also terrible. It is facing the interior of the building, so the window could not be open and the room stinks a lot. There is no Ventilation and the air conditioner sucks. The only upside is it is in a convenience location.

We were arranged to a room without window. The carpet was partly wet and air-conditioner was noisy over the night.

bad Wifi, bad cleaning(hair on the ground), poor sound isolation. very good location, very convenient, good staff

there was no air conditioning in the room. the building was like a green house with no ventilation.

Location is superb, walking distance to the museums and restaurants. Direct city bus 397 to and from airport. The friendliest front desk staff and a complimentary cappuccino macine in the lobby.

The air conditioning in our room was broken. No one to help us so we had 4 people sleeping in a really overwhelming and hot room. The next day the shower was clogged and only one person got to shower.

Vi havde set frem til vores ophold på hotel Iron Horse, der så rigtig lækkert ud på billederne. Vi blev mødt af en sød receptionist, men blev dog slemt skuffede, da vi så værelset. Rummet lugtede kraftigt af skimmel og fugt, gulvtæppet var fugtigt, der var ikke gjort tilstrækkeligt rent og meget inventar var i meget ringe stand. Vi ankom sent på aftenen, og fik at vide, at hotellet var totalt udsolgt og valgte derfor ikke at gøre mere på ankommelsestidspunktet. Dagen efter opdagede vi dog, at der flere steder var skimmel på vægge og lofter. Jeg fik en allergisk reaktion i form af et rødt udslet på arme om ben, der gik væk senere på dagen, da vi havde forladt rummet. Vi fik efter at have talt med personalet tildelt et nyt værelse, der var i bedre i stand end det tidligere, men dog stadig med ødelagt aircondition og uden vinduer, der kunne åbnes. Vi har efterfølgende sendt vores kritik samt billeddokumentation til management. De skrev at de tog vores oplevelser meget seriøst, men dog ikke så seriøst, at de kunne kompensere os for vores nat i et skimmelfyldt værelse. I vores optik var værelse 118 på besøgstidspunktet decideret sundhedsskadeligt, og det var påfaldende at jeg udviklede et stort udslet den samme dag, hvilket aldrig er sket før. Hotellet lever på ingen måde op til de 3 stjerner de bryster sig af, og håndteringen af sagen efterfølgende har været under al kritik. Kan på ingen måde anbefales

Dårlif luftkvalitet. Vinduvet kan ikke åpnes , ingen ventilasjon og veldig varmt. Heldigvis bestillte vi bare 1 natt her

AC did not work... No fan...super uncomfortable ...

The room had aircon but this did not work. Would of been happy to open window but they did not open in our room

When we arrived the reception was closed, with a sign saying that there had been an issue and that they will be back "soon". There was a number to call, which we did but no one pick up. We were there tired and with our bags and with no idea of how long it will take for them to come back. Someone did come after around 15min. The staff were really friendly and nice, the room was ok. The main issue is that the A/C was not working, it was really hot. They had a big "mobile A/C" that was really loud, but was not delivering cool air, even the "fan" setting was very bad. Between the heat and the noise it was really difficult to sleep.

Clean and affordable

Un hôtel parfait pour nos besoins, une belle chambre qui est à 30 minutes à pieds du centre ville et à 5 minutes du Vondelpark. Lit confortable et chambre agréable. Je recommande

Not a clean property, rooms are not in good shapes.

Staff was friendly. The rooms were hot. There was no windows that would open and he fans provided were very loud and didn’t work very well. We were there in June and the outside temp was only 12-18 degrees, couldn’t imagine it when the weather was 30

Otel çok güzeldi temizdi gayet merkezi, -1 kalmamıza rağmen karanlık değildi güzel bir serinliği vardı odanın ve havalandırma sabaha kadar çalıştı, bu ufak sesten gece uyurken rahatsız olabilirsiniz. Girişte kahve ve çay var ücretsiz.

Very disappointing stay. All of the workers we met were very nice, and the daily cleaning was a highlight. But the air conditioner was not working for us and several other guests that we talked to. And this led to unbearable temperatures at night. At least our room should not be available for use in the summer months until the issue is resolved. Bathroom mold on the ceiling was unattractive, no channels on the old television (though you can stream to it on your device), despite the picture there is no restaurant….I don’t understand how it is rated 3 stars.

Fantastic 3-person room with great bay window and super high ceiling on the hotel's 2nd floor! Only critique would be the bathroom ventalization, which is non-existent, but not a deal-breaker for 3 guys passing through.
