Location is good, not far from tram station. Room is quite nice and clean, the only drawback is that at 4th floor the water from shower was only little. Breakfest is really nice, and the front desk old man in the evening is very nice to instruct the tourist attraction in Amsterdam.

The stairs is very steep, not possible to walk up with luggage for a woman and there's no elevator. The staff was willing to help me though. The room is very clean but very tiny. Few minutes walk to tram station. Only 2 stops to museumplein and 4 stops to Albert Cuyp market.

Location is convenient to most tourist attraction.

Very steep stair for accessing the first floor, and smelling drainage from the toilet of the single room. Need to ask for boiling water at the reception. Friendly and helpful staffs.

Convenient location with this price, clean, but the toilet is a little bit too small. To open the shower door you have to squeeze yourself first.

It's location is in the residential area and it is conveniently near the city center at the same time. Good service, nice employee.

No air conditioning but fine on all but the hottest days. Steep stairs, no elevator for floors 1&2. Otherwise our room was clean but sheets and towels in other family room were not. Stained despite washed. Courteous and helpful staff were not always available (eg. at 6:30 one weekday evening, or late night). Excellent location, comfortable sleep.

Excellent location and morning coffee in the room. The beds were clean and comfortable and we loved being able to open the windows to hear or shut out the street noise. Walking distance to so many types of food, museums and parks.

Nice hotel near Leidseplein, walkable to museums, dinner and shows.

Für einen kurzen Städtetrip perfekt. Man sollte keine Erwartungen wie bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel haben aber die 3 Sterne Treffens echt gut. Zimmer und alles waren sauber und komplett ausreichend wenn man sowieso nur zum schlafen dort ist. Das Bad etwas eng aber für mich nicht weiter schlimm.

Super hôtel, tranquille, propre et le personnel est très courtois. C'est petit mais tres efficace et parfait pour voyager seul.

My experience wasn't great. The hotel is overall OK, but the room doesn't have any curtains to block the light, and considering how early the sun rises in Amsterdam at the moment, it's a major issue. The room was terribly hot at night and there was no remote for the air-conditioning in the room. It needs to be requested at the reception and pay a deposit for it. Also I travel to Amsterdam every month for work and I've never been asked to pay the tourists tax cash, or pay an extra fee to pay by card before. But here they do it. True that they communicated it before the arrival, but if I would have known it before, I wouldn't have booked this place. Imo, there are much better options in the area.

Property felt clean and modern inside, rooms were comfortable if perhaps a little small, reception staff were very friendly and helpful

Out of the main area but close enough to walk everywhere had an elevator that worked.

Hotellrummet vi fick liknade inte bilden på hemsidan, tycker heller inte det är okej att kalla det för hotell när det mer känns som att man hyr ett rum i någons lägenhet. Rummet var stort för 2 personer men för 3 tjejer blev det ganska trångt. Badrummet var litet men hade bra förvaringsytor. Färgade handdukar är något jag personligen inte tycker om då det känns gammalt men där kan alla tycka olika. Inredningen kändes gammal och jag är glad att jag inte bokade rummet ensam då den mörka interiören gav en haunted house känsla. De som jobbar i receptionen var dock väldigt hjälpsamma och vänliga, fanns lite fika de bjöd på också. Vet att många har klagat om trapporna och vill bara förtydliga att bilderna inte gör den rättvisa, det var värre än jag trodde. Är man smått berusad känns det som att det är en mission att ta sig upp eller ner utan att ramla och bryta nacken. Läget var dock ca 5-10 min promenad ifrån leidseplein vilket är ett bra läge för att kunna komma åt allt möjligt. Det var väldigt tyst utanför på gatorna men rummen i sig hade papper till väggar, det gick att höra när någon hostade i rummet bredvid. Kommer inte boka här igen på grund av skicket och känslan man får av ”hotellet” men personalen som sagt var jätte söta och hjälpsamma med allt.

Lovely stay at Hotel Jupiter. Great location, in a quiet, leafy street.

Really lovely hotel, up to date modern room. Small touches really made it.
