比想像中好！晚上酒店會會關上 按門鈴reception會開，保安好！
一個人拿着很重的行李很好，兩天都有負責人在門口提我拿行李到房間！
前台職員很有笑容，很有禮貌！
早餐雖然選擇不多，但準備得很妥當和好味！
牛角包出奇地很鬆脆好食！
房間亦比想像的大，很整潔乾淨！
最初預訂的時候還有少許擔心，住了兩日一夜感覺非常好！
隔離就是超市了十分方便。
在機場坐火車過來酒店半小時內已經到了！
對面已經可以坐船遊覽城市！
轉彎就已經到大街逛逛旅遊商店，一直前行15分鐘已經到達唐人街的食肆。

There are steep stairs to reception however there is a lift for suitcases and the disabled. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were cleaned regularly. There was an issue with coffee machine leaking. We had to use room towel to soak up water. We reported it. However, we were not made aware of the problem and whether it was sorted. We had no idea as towel still under machine. There were no instruction on how to use the coffee machine. This would be useful. More tea bags need to left in room. Breakfast was ok. However, not much variety of basic item after 9.30. Overall it was a very nice stay in the centre of Amsterdam

Staff were nice, but not so welcoming. The room was good, but not good with baby because you had give me a twin room and has a lot of stairs, so it was difficult with the baby and the baby car.
Breakfast was good and nice location of the hotel!
