飯店位置交通方便，但是房間淋浴間排水功能很差，整間浴室都淹水，很危險。

The Hotel is close to the tram station and the staff are very helpful and nice. As we visited Amsterdam on Christmas Day, they sent us a list of restaurants in advance for our information. Indeed, the recommended restaurants are good.

Nice overall, except the bathroom. It has blinders and a thin door. It might appeal some fetishists who likes to watch, hear and smell their partner taking a dump.

The staff were extremely friendly! Really spacious rooms and very clean! Easy access to transport links if you’d rather a tram than a walk into the centre. Would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending to my friends and family.

Nos asignaron una habitación en el sótano, al lado de las bodegas del Staff, donde guardan todo el material que ocupan en la habitaciones, toallas, jabones, papel etc. en los pasillos todo el tiempo sus carros de servicio, la habitación por estar en el sótano cuenta solo con unas ventanillas en la parte alta de las paredes. Padezco ansiedad y pues eso me puso mal, era una habitación obscura 😥 pedí el cambio y me dijeron que sería con costo, y para rematar al día siguiente sonó una alerta de emergencia, tanto en mi celular, como en el hotel, salí ya con ataque de pánico de ahí, a las 2 horas avientan una hoja por debajo de la puerta donde decía que todos los lunes primeros de mes, suena esa alerta de prueba y que era a las 2:00pm y ya había pasado porque suena a los 12:00 del medio día, como es posible que no estén pendientes de avisar ese tipo de cosas. Todo muy desafortunado 😥

Friendly staff, spacious rooms and luxury feel

Staff at the front desk, bar, and restaurant were friendly, informed, and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean, but my room (#122) was a bit noisy because it was not only right across from the stairs and elevator, but the cleaning crew always parked their cart in front of my door. The common space is very pleasant.

Staff was amazing. Room was PERFECT in every way! Location, price and Beautiful Building.
