Location is perfect and you can get access to everywhere within walking distance.

整體質素可以，但電梯走到房間還要上落樓梯級。。。帶大型行李箱極不方便。。。房間沒有冷氣只有暖氣系統及風扇。。。

Room service is not very well.

It's convenient to visit Rijks or Van Gogh museum by tram from the hotel. The room is very nice and clean. However sound insulation wasn't quite good, I could hear next door slammed clearly.

酒店位於距火車站十多分鐘路程，不算太遠，訂的是四人房，房間很大，一人一張床，四個大行李箱開了后活動空間都卓卓有餘，酒店較舊，木質地板，隔音有點差，住進酒店兩天見過三個櫃台職員，只有一個很和善有禮，其餘兩個態度不太好

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Bedroom was very cosy, clean, spacious. Location was perfect too, walkable to everything.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Very happy with the water dispenser and the coffee machine.

The bedroom was clean. There are no amenities in room such as coffee maker. The bathroom noticeably smelled like it moldy or mildew coming from drain

Breakfast was ‘free’. Ok, nothing special. Orange juice reconstituted. Card needed for access to building. In a fairly quiet area at night, but convenient to shopping, canals, 9 streets and walking distance to all sights. Supermarket close by. 20 minute walk from train. Comfortable room. Would recommend more vacuuming as socks found under bed from previous guest. Terrible lumpy pillows. Bathroom small. Not enough storage space for two people. Building works going on outside room for 3 days. Luckily not there for most of the time. Would however recommend for location.

The staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was peaceful

Check in and check out was easy staff is very friendly. Location is perfect walking distance to almost everything. Only complaint is carpet needs updating and the walls are not soundproof so you can hear people when they’re walking and talking in the hallways. Other than that it was perfect felt safe as a solo traveller

Muy buena ubicación del hotel, puedes caminar a todos lados, habitación amplia. Estuvimos dos noches, la limpieza de la habitación fue pésima, solo tendieron las camas y las tendieron dejando algo de nuestra ropa cubierta debajo de las sábanas, se notaba el bulto de ropa debajo de las sábanas, como no lo notaron? Una mesa estaba sucia con basura, platos, vasos y cubiertos y no recogieron ni limpiaron nada. En su momento no hicimos la queja porque ya salíamos al día siguiente pero nos pareció un descuido grande.

The Nova has been my go-to hotel for a very long time, but I don't think I can stay there again. I had requested a room accessible by elevator and none was available, so my friend and I, both of whom have mobility issues, had to climb stairs to our room, which wasn't always easy. The breakfasts were not free, although I didn't mind paying for them. The service was outstanding and the food was always good. I liked that the trams were a short walk from the hotel, too. So was Albert Heijn. It's not that I don't want to stay there again, it's that I don't think I can due to mobility issues. Thanks.

Good size family room in a central but quiet hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a decent selection at the buffet breakfast.
