Location is perfect and you can get access to everywhere within walking distance.

Ns location but a bit some small stairs up n down inside

整體質素可以，但電梯走到房間還要上落樓梯級。。。帶大型行李箱極不方便。。。房間沒有冷氣只有暖氣系統及風扇。。。

Room service is not very well.

It's convenient to visit Rijks or Van Gogh museum by tram from the hotel. The room is very nice and clean. However sound insulation wasn't quite good, I could hear next door slammed clearly.

酒店位於距火車站十多分鐘路程，不算太遠，訂的是四人房，房間很大，一人一張床，四個大行李箱開了后活動空間都卓卓有餘，酒店較舊，木質地板，隔音有點差，住進酒店兩天見過三個櫃台職員，只有一個很和善有禮，其餘兩個態度不太好

Great location, friendly staff. Noisy during the night, surprisingly beds are all single beds which is not comfortable for couples.

This is my go-to hotel in Amsterdam and I’ve been coming her for about 25 years. I only had a bad experience once, and it wasn’t really that bad. It’s just that, as a senior, I need access to a room without stairs and I had stairs. This time, I was on the main floor and that suits me well. I was able to stay in the room without any interruption. I don’t need fresh towels or to have the room cleaned and bedding changed daily. I don’t make a mess, so I really appreciated that.

In the summer rooms can get very hot

Väldigt fint hotell med helt perfekt läge. Nära till allt men ändå lugnt. Trevlig personal och ok frukost. Ett minus för att det inte finns air condition. Det blev otroligt varmt och fläkten hjälpte inte mycket.

Only thing that would make the hotel better is if they had air conditioning. Our room was sweltering.

Sadece hizmet kalitesindr bir artış olmalı örneğin: odalara su ikramı konabilir ve diş fırçası dental seti ve yıkanma lifi ve otel terliği gibi bir şeyler konabilir. Bu seviyedeki bir otel için bunlar olmalı. Resepsiyondaki kişiden lif istediğimizde yeni başladığını ve nerede olduğunu bilmediğini söyledi hizmet böyle yapılmaz gerekiyorsa yetkili kişi arayalım müşteriye bir şey istiyorsa yerine getirilmeli diye düşünüyorum. Bu durumların haricinde temizlik vesaire her şey iyi.

This is a small but well run and clean hotel. It is extremely central inasmuch as it’s located in the heart of the city

This hotel is in the perfect location! Just minutes to great food, the tram, the train station and bars. The hotel has an awesome coffee maker and water dispenser. It was awesome to stay here!

The location is great, but the building has to many steps, dark carpet, narrow hallways etc Not easy access for people with limited mobility. The breakfast was great !

The included breakfast was good.
