Location very good and close to train station

The location was the best thing about this hotel, within walking distance to everything. The room itself was nothing like the photos we had seen online, it was very very small with only a slim walkway around the bed. No storage and nowhere to hang clothes which meant living out of our suitcases for 3 days. Can hear everything in the hallways and rooms next door through the walls and the windows were very old so also let a lot of noise through. Overall I wouldn’t return to this hotel.

Walkable. Had basic necessities! Had a room facing the Main Street. Some guys came in super late and were incredibly loud in the lobby which was right under my room.

Room was decent sized and clean-ish. A little noisy at night from outside, but it’s a tourist area so to be expected. I wish I got her name but the girl at check in/check out was so friendly. Good stay for a night.

Good overall

La atención fue muy buena por parte de recepción, hasta nos hablaron en español. El hotel esta súper bien ubicado y es muy accesible para llegar a todas las atracciones, las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y comodas, no dudaria en volverme a hospedar con ellos.

A água quente não funcionava direito o chuveiro estava bem lento e devagar, quando colocava a na água fria funcionava de forma rápida. Reclamamos com várias pessoas da recepção ninguém fez nada. O banheiro vazava água pra dentro do quarto. A tomada do lado da cama não funcionava. Ponto bom foi somente a localização. Chuveiro e banheiro péssimo frio de 10 graus é a água quente caia em gotas bem devagar mais de 20 minutos para tomar um banho que leva 8 minutos.

The staff, location & overall experience was fantastic! We really felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Already talking about our next visit.

No evaluator, shower stand leak water out to bathroom floor (be careful slippery), water pressure is low. Other than that staffs are excellent, talkative and helpful, housekeeping is good.

The shower flooded the bathroom. The linen had other peoples hair in it. There was someone else’s dirty sock in the corner. Our money was not refunded after we refused to stay. I have not heard back from anyone after emailing my complaint with pictures of the conditions.

Excellent stay in Amsterdam - perfect location for shopping, sight seeing and transport. Tea and coffee any time in reception. Small room but perfectly adequate for a city stay. Definitely stay here again

Ist super zentral gelegen. Frühstück gibt es nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Die Koffer drei Stockwerke hochzutragen benötigt eine gewisse Fitness. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.

We liked the receptionist as she was very nice and helpful. The hotel’s location was pretty convenient to transportation. The room was quite small and cramped. There were two fans, but air conditioning would have been better, of course. Not having an elevator was the biggest issue, especially since the stairs are very narrow and not easy to climb, especially when trying to carry luggage up and down. The hotel needs to clearly convey that the hotel closes for check-in at 11:00P, not 12M as indicated on the confirmation email.

The room was nothing like the pictures or description. The luxury bed linens consisted of a 3 inch thick mattress topper on top of a stained mattress with scratchy sheets. The shower had mold around the bottom and there was no rain shower head as it said there was in the description. The AC that was supposed to be in the room was a portable fan. The good things, it was a place to sleep for 1 night.

We absolutely loved staying at Hotel Pagi. It's in the best location. 10min walk from Central Train station. The Metro is across the road. Eateries, activities, canals all around. The staff are lovely and helpful. The beds comfy. Great shower. Would defintiely stay here again.
