Hotel bem localizado, ao lado da estação Rokin e perto dos pontos turísticos para visitação a pé. Região tranquila. Quarto foi limpo todos os dias. Bom espaço. A equipe foi muita atenciosa, a começa pelo cavalheiro que nos atendeu fora do horário do check-in (devido aos imprevistos do trem que perdemos por atraso da malha ferroviária), concedendo uma chave digital para abertura das portas de entrada e do quarto. Também, um caloroso agradecimento à recepcionista "Maegan/Meegan", muito cordial conosco. Olha, se você busca um ponto para se instalar e que lhe permite fazer TUDO a pé, num bom custo benefício, acho que este hotel é a pedida. Espero voltar um dia a Amsterdã e, quem sabe, novamente no Pagi Hotel. Obrigado a toda a equipe! Grande abraço do Brasil (J. Roberto e Lis)

There was no breakfast as advertised. Also no lift and the steep stairs had to be negotiated carefully. Also housekeeping seemed to be optional

Super beliggenhet midt i sentrum, gangavstand til det meste. Men hotellet er ganske slitent. Vannskader og labert renhold. Gulvet på rommet var skjevt med en dump foran inngangen til badet. Sinnsykt bratte og smale trapper og ingen heis, men funker hvis man er i form. Hyggelig betjening.

Hôtel très bien placé avec un personnel très agréable. Une belle chambre. Les escaliers sont très raides et pas d'ascenseur, attention.

The room is exactly what it looks like in the pictures, nothing special, but there were no surprises. The room was clean and there were no signs or pests of any kind. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, went out of their way to help me find places to eat and even understood when I had to wait a day to pay the taxes, as my cards wouldn’t work. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cheaper stay, that’s very central, close to restaurants, parks, museums, and many more. If you’re looking for high end, this wouldn’t be it, but you also wouldn’t be upset with your stay here, as you get what you see.

Excellent location, right on Rokin. Clean comfortable room for 1 night. Good for short trips for just a place to rest for the night. No headboard or back to bed and a gap where the heater is so a bit strange but still a comfy bed. Wobbly toilet seat and the bathroom mirror was way too high up and im not even that short but other than that a small but clean bathroom and room for a night it was fine. Friendly staff but do check your local tax amount on check in, mine was calculated higher then it should have been at first, a simple miscalculation of days stay but if i didnt query it and paid i wouldnt have known. Coffee and tea available on reception level 24 hours. Steep steps up to reception area and rooms. Overall a nice little hotel in an excellent location for a night or 2, close to everything for a quick stay in Amsterdam.

Completamente contra indicado à quem tem problema de mobilidade

Quarto ótimo, espaço legal. Mas a escada para acessar o hotel é bem íngrime, eu e meu marido sofremos com as malas para subida, poderia ter uma porta alternativa. E o ralo do banheiro entupiu, ainda bem que foi no último dia nosso de estadia então não atrapalhou muito.

Het hotel is ontzettend verouderd en de kamers zijn klein, vies en in slechte staat. De foto’s komen totaal niet overeen met de realiteit en de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is erbarmelijk. Geen koffievoorzieningen op de kamer, ontzettend gehorig. Ik zou dit hotel aan iedereen afraden.

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal!

The location was the best thing about this hotel, within walking distance to everything. The room itself was nothing like the photos we had seen online, it was very very small with only a slim walkway around the bed. No storage and nowhere to hang clothes which meant living out of our suitcases for 3 days. Can hear everything in the hallways and rooms next door through the walls and the windows were very old so also let a lot of noise through. Overall I wouldn’t return to this hotel.

Walkable. Had basic necessities! Had a room facing the Main Street. Some guys came in super late and were incredibly loud in the lobby which was right under my room.

Room was decent sized and clean-ish. A little noisy at night from outside, but it’s a tourist area so to be expected. I wish I got her name but the girl at check in/check out was so friendly. Good stay for a night.
