We had a si-so stay. It is not convenient for families with many luggages since it is on 2nd floor with a winding narrow stairs.

Nos ha decepcionado el apartamento bastante. Se supone que es un apartamento de lujo y falta bastantes utensilios de cocina, casi sin cucharas, las sartenes viejas y sucias, sin tostador de pan ni un paño de cocina. Además el calentador de agua no funciona correctamente y nos hemos tenido que duchar con agua fría en varias ocasiones. El apartamento en general sucio y las camas incomodas. Vamos que nosotros no repetimos. De lujo no tiene nada.

The place is well located and overall in good condition. Our experience is that we arrived and the laundry room was full of humid towels and sheets from the previous guests. We wanted this cleared out, because we wanted to clean our clothes, and it was impossible to reach the hotel admin. I sent a message via hotels.com app, and I rang a video doorcam in the hallway, neither worked. Also, a door handle came loose and the toilet seat was also loose. This place is poorly managed
