the room floor was not vacuum cleaned up. shower cubicle ceiling has mould, so does the fridge gluts. have to request a room change. the second room’s fridge gluts has mould too and the toilet wasn’t flushing.flush.wasworking

酒店坐落在優良地段，距離機場很近，坐巴士好像是幾個站就到了，然後走過去大概5分鐘，可以說是非常方便。入住後我發現房間的衛生情況令我驚訝，床上有頭髮和蟲子，不過只要你放鬆心情，這些都並不是問題，畢竟房間的舒適程度，並不完全取決於他的骯髒程度。酒店附近有油站，油站有便利店，除此之外並沒有其他就近的商店，所以如果你入住這間酒店的話，你可以步行或是乘車前往其他的店舖，步行是一個對身心健康不錯的方式，鼓勵大家步行半小時或1小時去到就近的店舖。此外，附近並沒有餐廳，但是Uber Eats是一個很好的選擇。

飯店早餐好吃且多樣，靠近機場且飯店有接駁車服務 (到飯店免費，到機場一個房間5歐)，非常方便。 房間空間較狹小但浴室空間尚可

Free hotel shuttle from Schiphol airport; however, it is not that frequent. But you can ask the driver for a extra ride~ The room is clean and big enough, and the breakfast is really good. Good connection on WIFI. Only problem is that if you do not take the free shuttle, limited choice of public transports (mainly bus) can be chosen.

The room is clean and comfortable. I must mention and thank the counter. In the early morning, the shuttle bus was full and we were staying outside waiting for next one (next arrival after 30 minutes), so the counter came automatically to us and offered to order taxi for us by their account. Highly appreciate by this touching behavior and hotel service!

Frühstück

La chambre était propre, couloir un peu bruyant et porte de la salle de bain un peu vieillotte. Personnel très accueillant et petit déjeuner très sympa et varié.

Un bon hotel, avec de belles chambres. Il est plutot bien situé, a 5min a pied d'un arret de bus qui mène au centre ville. Un restaurant un peu cher mais au meme prix que partout a amsterdam. Un point vraiment dérangeant c'est d'être obligé de payer le parking 25€/jour. Il y a un petit parking gratuit en face de l'hotel mais il est tout le temps plein. Je trouve ca dommage de payer une chambre d'hôtel et d'être obligé de payer le parking!

Room was nice staff really friendly and helpful we ate in Restaurant few times also had breakfast could not fault the food was lovely did not use gym facilities

The staff was very kind and welcoming, especially the Italian girl who greeted me at breakfast with great courtesy. The room was comfortable, although a bit on the cooler side. I also used the gym: it’s small, but well equipped for the space available. Overall, a very pleasant stay — I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay was good, the rooms were really small and the hotel itself is outdated. Our shower head was broken and had mould in it. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you into the main town which was good. Overall you can find a better hotel for a similar price.

The man who worked the desk was absolutely amazing and deserves a raise!
