the room floor was not vacuum cleaned up. shower cubicle ceiling has mould, so does the fridge gluts. have to request a room change. the second room’s fridge gluts has mould too and the toilet wasn’t flushing.flush.wasworking

酒店坐落在優良地段，距離機場很近，坐巴士好像是幾個站就到了，然後走過去大概5分鐘，可以說是非常方便。入住後我發現房間的衛生情況令我驚訝，床上有頭髮和蟲子，不過只要你放鬆心情，這些都並不是問題，畢竟房間的舒適程度，並不完全取決於他的骯髒程度。酒店附近有油站，油站有便利店，除此之外並沒有其他就近的商店，所以如果你入住這間酒店的話，你可以步行或是乘車前往其他的店舖，步行是一個對身心健康不錯的方式，鼓勵大家步行半小時或1小時去到就近的店舖。此外，附近並沒有餐廳，但是Uber Eats是一個很好的選擇。

Free hotel shuttle from Schiphol airport; however, it is not that frequent. But you can ask the driver for a extra ride~ The room is clean and big enough, and the breakfast is really good. Good connection on WIFI. Only problem is that if you do not take the free shuttle, limited choice of public transports (mainly bus) can be chosen.

The room is clean and comfortable. I must mention and thank the counter. In the early morning, the shuttle bus was full and we were staying outside waiting for next one (next arrival after 30 minutes), so the counter came automatically to us and offered to order taxi for us by their account. Highly appreciate by this touching behavior and hotel service!

Çalışanlar kibar ve otel temizdi. Fakat kahvaltı hem ücretli (25 €) hem de çeşit anlamında çok yetersiz (çocuklara ücretsiz). Ayrıca 3 kişilik odada çocukla kaldık ve sadece 1 terlik vardı, resepsiyondan iki kere istedim ama yok dediler. Terliksiz duşa vs girmek sıkıntı oluyor. Otelin şehre uzaklığı konusunda tek otobüsle gayet rahat gidiliyor yaklaşık bi 15 dakikada şehrin kalbine gidiyorsunuz. Ayrıca havaalanına da çok yakın, bu bir avantaj. 397 numaralı kırmızı otobüse bineceksiniz ve inerken de check out yapmayı unutmayın 😄 !!

The listing advertises a shuttle, however there is not one available. This left us with the option for a bus or taxi. As my mother is limited in mobility, we paid for the taxi from the airport for the 7 minute drive - it was €38. The hotel staff said this is normal and we should take the bus. The listing needs to be updated.

Perfect location. One bus line that takes you from the airport, to the hotel, and the city centre.

Daily cleaning of the room, not so good. Non-sufficient towels, did not pick up dirty glassware or cups and replace with clean items. Had to go through concierge to have it rectified.

Petit déjeuner hors de prix, Hôtel petit, chambre NON propre, poussières bien présentes, ascenseur sans sécurité, Pas de papier ni crayon, Classification 2 Étoiles pas plus ! Personnel très ‘Dutch’ dans son approche. Bref nous n’y retournerons JAMAIS

Very good hotel, far from the city centre, but with good transport links.

Bathroom was not clean, mould in the shower. Very loud, directly on the highway.
