Nice hotel very close to GVB station. Good location

房间设施还不错，工作人员的服务态度也很好。但空调太差，夏天房间里热得受不了。要求换了一个房间，也没有改善多少，还是很热。加上外面街道晚上饮酒作乐的人很多，噪音太大，直到下半夜5点才睡着。

Great breakfast. Noisy. Busy street. May need ear plugs to help to sleep. Tram cars next to the hotel, good for transportation around Amsterdam. AC in the hotel.

Nice hotel in great location in Rembrandt square, tram stop outside the hotel, bars and clubs on your doorstep. Everything is in walking distance if you’re fit and healthy. Check in was very slow and only one elevator means it can take ages to get to reception in the mornings. The staff were really friendly, the biggest problem was actually the noise from the club a few doors down, we honestly didn’t think it would be an issue. We may have just been unlucky with our room but you should be aware when booking this hotel it’s in the middle of the busiest square in Amsterdam so don’t expect complete peace and quiet as that isn’t entirely in control of the hotel. The hotel breakfast restaurant seemed ok in the morning but we didn’t eat as so many good places locally. Hotel does have vending machine/small shop in the hotel for late night snacks or drinks

The hotel is dated and needs a renovation. Also, towels, rooms and hallways don’t smell fresh. The hallways had an unpleasant smell. An easy fix is well placed diffusers. Also, the mattresses were average and in some case uncomfortable because I could feel the spring through the mattress. The hotel room was big and location excellent.

Very convenient for the museums and other attractions. The rooms are well maintained and friendly staff to assist.

We enjoyed an excellent stay at the hotel. All the reception staff were wonderful and grounded. Marta in particular and the chap who attended our room to replug in the tv were most helpful. We enjoyed the sweets and the cool water near reception. Thank you team. Keep it up.

Das Hotel liegt direkt im Amsterdamer Partyviertel und ist darum sehr laut! Am Freitag- und am Samstagnacht waren Bässe der Musik aus dem Club nebenan, so laut, dass gefühlt die Wände und unsere Betten vibriert haben. Das Hotel stellt Ohrenstöpsel zur Verfügung. Ansonsten ist die Lage zentral und direkt vor dem Haus eine Trambahnstation. Ich würde trotzdem nicht mehr in diesem Hotel übernachten. Ist eigentlich nur für Leute geeignet, die Party machen möchten.

I enjoy my stay. Is centrally located in the heart of the city. Staff was wonderful with stay there again.!

Great location, friendly staff,coffee in room, shower was great with good a/c. We would recommend this hotel.

Bed had bed bugs I was bitten all over, the overall stay was good. Staff was great just a shame about bed bugs as I would of definitely recommended it otherwise

Bra läge nära till det mesta. Litet men trevligt rum. Sista dagen började det läcka från taket i duschen. Personalen var då hjälpsamma med att erbjuda oss ett nytt rum.

Very clean room, if you are traveling from the USA please make sure you bring or buy adapters for the outlets to charge your phone or use your hair straightener. It’s a very busy area here so be prepared to hear noise up to 4/5 AM on weekends. Over all, everything is walking distance and there’s plenty of food places to try.

Ich finde es enttäuschend, wenn in einem Hotel mitten in einer Stadt die Landessprache durch das Personal am Empfang weder verstanden noch gesprochen wird. Der unangenehme Geruch ( Kanalisation) in der Dusche hat uns gestört. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt gut.
