Didn’t provide credit card refund within the timeframe as they said at checkout. Basically had to wait for the bank to cancel the hold after 30 days. Really inconvenient when you need the credit card for other things afterwards. Send them emails and they didn’t bother to reply.

My room type is spacious. Air-conditioning is noisy. Quality of shower gel and shampoo is bad and not even toothbrush or tooth paste is provided. Towels and bed covers are old so not feeling comfortable at all! It needs refurbishment.

It is a nice hotel in average. The breakfast was served till noon on Sunday. But it isn't located in the center, it is a long walk from the hotel.
They also put extra bed for my five year daughter. If there is a chance, we would like to stay in this hotel again!

Two single beds pushed together but separated duvets. Worked well for my daughter and I. The Ed apartments were so close by making it easy to get to move my daughter in. Staff was so friendly and accommodating.
