酒店鄰近地鐵站，步行距離3分鐘，非常方便。可以用帶有paywave功能的信用卡，直接拍卡入閘及出閘。票也不用買便可憑信用卡入閘，由此站出發往central station大概 EUR 2.1，當然可以選擇其他類型的票，例如日票。 4個站便到central station，大概15分鐘以內。出車箱後，從電梯往地面層，可直接步行往 eurostar 及火車的入閘口，大概一分鐘，交通非常方便。 比較其他鄰近Central station的酒店，這間酒店非常新。但內部設計風格，可能並非每個人都能接受。 房間大小合理，我住的房型有長走廊，比較浪費位置，但可在這裏放行李箱。枕頭床鋪非常舒服，房間內有茶包和咖啡膠囊沖機，也有瓶裝水。房內燈光不是燈火通明那種，但也不算太昏暗。 掛衫櫃比較細。浴室非常寬敞，但可惜掛毛巾衣服的地方不多，只有兩個細小的勾，有點浪費，想掛毛巾也很困難。另外，淋浴間沒有浴簾和浴屏，水會四圍淺，建議酒店要加裝，免得弄至整個浴室地下都是水。 早餐質素非常高，有點貴，但推薦。有鮮榨橙汁機。火腿、芝士等冷盤非常新鮮。乳酪也很新鮮美味。Waffle 好吃，有很多醬料提供。也可以自製三文治。但如果喜歡吃粥粉麵飯，便未必適合。 酒店位於24樓的餐廳，值得一試，雖然有點貴，但質素極高，有驚喜。我們叫了個羊架和阿根廷steak，烹調得剛剛好，甜品也很出色。建議如有興趣，要先預訂。 check in 的時候會有一張8折卡，可於住宿期間使用一次。 酒店員工服務態度值得一讚，積極有活力，他們沒有因為亞洲人面孔而冷待。有一天，因為有day trip，需要很早出發，餐廳職員非常幫忙，給我們外帶一點東西和飲品. 特別感謝前台員工Francesco的積極幫忙，令到這次入住更感高興

I definitely recommend this hotel,we stayed at the 22nd floor, great view over the city, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet ,2 minutes walk from the train station ,loved it and will definitely go there again

First and foremost the location is excellent - being close to both the train station and the underground making it so easy to get to and from the centre of Amsterdam. The rooms were lovely and clean and the staff were always very helpful. I would stay here again.

Buena estancia, pero con aspectos importantes que mejorar Mi experiencia en el hotel tuvo aspectos positivos, pero el proceso de check-in fue bastante decepcionante. Hubo un error con mi reserva y me asignaron una habitación inferior a la que había reservado. Solo me di cuenta después de entrar y empezar a deshacer las maletas, cuando comparé la habitación con las fotos de mi reserva. Contacté con recepción y la gerente reconoció el error y me cambió de habitación, pero la situación me causó un retraso considerable y mucha insatisfacción. Otro aspecto mejorable es el servicio de habitaciones. Pedir comida a través de la aplicación resulta demasiado complejo, poco intuitivo y lento. Considero que este sistema no es práctico y no está a la altura del nivel del hotel. Como puntos positivos, la habitación y el baño estaban impecablemente limpios, y el desayuno fue excelente. La ubicación no es céntrica, pero está bien conectada con el transporte público, lo que facilita los desplazamientos. En general, el hotel tiene buenas instalaciones y servicios, pero debería mejorar la gestión de las reservas y el proceso de check-in, así como simplificar y agilizar el servicio de habitaciones.

Wir hatten eine ganz fantastische Zeit bei Euch. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ein absoluter Traum, das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer großzügig und sauber. Wir können das nhow nur empfehlen!

Perfect Location for Dinner at Showw Restaurant. High Level Roons have impressive view.

Great and clean hotel in a nice location close to the metro

Excellent location for a concert at the Johan Cruyff arena. Very clean, great views from the room. Easy to travel between the airport, the city and the hotel via trains or trams. Would definitely recommend.

Little far from tourist area but train was great and easy to get around

All good but their drink vs room cleaning scheme is a bit of a scam as the car was never manned when we were there.

Nice hotel, very kookie. The bar on the top floor is very nice and the bartenders are wonderful. Make sure you check the city tax before leaving the desk at check in. I paid the city tax at check in and then at checkout they wanted to charge me extra because apparently I was charged the wrong amount. I was there for four nights and spoke to reception multiple times and no one mentioned the outstanding fees. Apart from that it’s a good hotel.

Great place, metro station within walking distance. Good place to stay. Too room has some stunning views

Room was lovely & clean. Great amount of cupboard space. However staff are not very personable or caring. They are efficient and clinical. It was our 25th wedding anniversary. We told the front desk. He said “congratulations” in a monotone voice without looking up from his screen. Breakfast was a beautiful buffet torturous for me as a coeliac. Nothing was marked. Staff at reception said they gluten free bread not to worry and accommodate well. However- I had to ask three times at breakfast - the MD greeted us & told me to go tell staff in the Buffett area (usually the MD sorts everything for the guest so you don’t suffer the humiliation of looking for someone and explaining your health issues in the middle of a busy breakfast area. So I went - first girl didn’t understand me. I found another person. She went and got a very unfriendly cook. She told me I could have hard boiled eggs and cheese and meats. No cereals, no waffles. No yogurt as they all had granola on them. Any heated items including scrambled eggs, beans, mushrooms and chicken sausages were not safe due to cross contamination. Then they got me their version of gluten free bread. White, in a plastic bag, microwaved so it was wet and soggy. I wouldn’t give it to my dog. I told someone sorry, it is not nice at all. They didn’t comment or care. I brought my own break after that. I paid a lot of money for a hard boiled eggs that were grey inside they were so overdone, some cheese and cucumbers and tomatoes.

Some amazing rooms with panoramic rooms , clean hotel friendly staff. Only issue I found was in the premium room on the 18th floor I stayed in , every morning people opening the doors for the communal seating on the balcony would make a huge banging noise is the room. Other then that the hotel was 10/10

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. It was beautifully maintained. Room was extremely comfortable.
