Hotel is very clean and well managed. The bed was a little bit small but comfy enough. Staff was helpful

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety and fresh options. The staff were friendly and very helpful, making check-in and our stay smooth. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a great stay!

Clean room and helpful staff! The restaurant has quiet a small menu but that just saves time when ordering, I liked the fact that they have an open kitchen so we can see them chefs working hard. The lobby area seemed small because at our time of staying like everyone else it was because we were stranded because of the bad weather and no flights out of Schiphol so everyone was just hanging. We booked the hot tub for an hour, totally recommend it, very relaxing it's just a shame that people don't clean their mess up after themselves. The hotel is set in a nice area and only a 20 minute tram ride to town.

Forgot a very expensive gold chain in our room and when I made contact with the hotel I was told they didnt have it.

Ich war fünf Nächte in diesem Hotel. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt leider eher durchwachsen. Besonders störend war die Lautstärke – vor allem abends und nachts. Viele Jugendliche hielten sich im und um das Hotel auf, es wurde viel gekifft, sodass es häufig unangenehm roch. Die Zimmer sind funktional, aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirken insgesamt recht gebraucht. Das Frühstück war zwar ausreichend, jedoch sehr lieblos angerichtet und wenig abwechslungsreich, jeden Tag das Gleiche. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vielleicht in Ordnung, für einen längeren Urlaub würde ich mir jedoch deutlich mehr Ruhe, Sauberkeit und Qualität wünschen.

We really liked the hotel. Rooms were clean and the lobby had a good vibe The location is a bit far from central and there were not a lot of options nearby for dining. The metro and tram were about a 5-10 min walk so it was easy to get around but not the most convenient. Bikes were available for 20 euros a day which seemed a bit expensive since our other hotel offered them for free but it was a good option for getting around.

Very disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness. During my 7-night stay, the room was never properly cleaned and the bedsheets were not changed even once. On one occasion, the cleaning staff used my toilet and left it dirty, which is unacceptable. Basic hygiene standards were not met. I would not recommend this hotel.

We were an hour late for checkout, and the staff was rude and charged us anyway. The bathroom was very small, especially if you’re traveling with a baby. The breakfast was fine, but overall, due to the rude and aggressive staff, we wouldn’t recommend this place.

The third leg of the bed was broken. They over charged me by approx 20€ for the night. When I mentioned this they instead gave me breakfast instead of money back. With vip, i got a few basic drink at the bar, nothing special. Location was amazing, but policies were not that great.
