Overall, good quality hotel, centrally located. However at busy times getting access was difficult due to ongoing steam of bikes, also room was adjacent to railway tracks and only way to compensate was to put the AC on! We come to Utrecht regularly but will not return to this hotel as a number of good alternatives around.

Stay overall was very good. Used hotel for 3 nights mostly for sleepover. Haven't used gym or other offerings of Hotel. Check-in was very fast and checkout as well. Breakfast was very good and good variety of food choices. Good location from Utrecht central station.

this is definitely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It is in a great location. The spacious rooms were very clean with all the little extras you could need, The staff were all very helpful and a special mention goes to Raphael who was very understanding and helpful when my wife had an issue. I can't recommend this hotel high enough. ly
