住了8天7晚都沒有清潔服務，只收過一次垃圾及添加用品，再要求都沒有人跟進， 可向大堂reception索取額外物品，大堂有免費咖啡供應，就們4人行李delay reception有做低紀錄及待我哋收取了2件物件。

The services need to be improved. No upgrade provide as VIP member.

Great hotel, great staff, convenient for my work.

Appart Hôtel propre , spacieux et moderne . Le tram 5 est aux portes de l hôtel pour rejoindre les musées et les canaux . Hôtel confortable, cependant pour nous et contrairement à ce qui est indiqué ce n' est pas une chambre mais un lit dans un coin de l appartement. De plus la fenêtre ne s ouvre pas. La douche n est pas fermée et même avec précaution l eau est dans toute la piece.

Bed was comfy and the room was large. People were nice when engaged but we were never greeted otherwise. There was a large dried piece of bread on one of the plates in the cupboard and lots of crumbs on some others. The large knife in the drawer was FILTHY! The dryer took forever and the clothes never got dry. There was an announcement the second that told us to leave the building immediately. There was an emergency exit right outside our door so we exited and walked down the 16 flights only to end up in the wrong lobby. There was a barrier that would not allow us from the hallway to the lobby so a guys that came down the stairs with us jumped over the wall and told the man at the counter what the problem was. He grudgingly open the gates to let us out. We walked next door to our hotel and asked about the announcement and were told it wasn’t valid anymore. No announcement that said you may return to your room, no explanation and no apologies. We will be in Amsterdam next year and we will find someplace else to stay.

長期宿泊用ホテルとして、キッチン、調理器具、選択乾燥機などがついており、一通りの生活ができる。歩いて5-7分ほどの場所にアルバートハインもあり、買い物に困らない。 アムステルダム南駅が徒歩圏内であり、トラム、バス、メトロ、鉄道、いずれの交通機関も利用でき、立地は最高。 掃除は基本週一、洗剤のフリーサービスは2-3回分と少ないので、洗濯や食洗機の利用が多いと追加で購入の必要あり。 トータルで非常に便利。

メトロ、トレイン、トラムの駅から近く、スーパーも近くにあり、お部屋も綺麗、備品も綺麗で満足でした。キッチンも洗濯乾燥機もあり便利でしたが電子レンジがなかったのが残念でした。お部屋をグレードアップしていただいたみたいで広いお部屋でした。ありがとうございました。また泊まりたいなと思うホテルでした。

Great spacious property with kitchen and washer/dryer.

Everything was just AWESOME!! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms were BEAUTIFUL, the location was perfect, AND we rented bikes right at the front desk!!! Thank you for a perfect stay!!!!

Location was great next to transportation hubs The team needs to ensure cleanliness of the apartment, including leftovers from previous residents, there was a bad small coming out of the toilet

Super spacious well equipped apartment with stunning views out towards the airport. Friendly helpful staff. Easy transport links to the city, RAI conference centre and airport. It’s in a business area so the restaurants are super busy during the week

Right from the start once we left the airport by train we were there in 10 minutes short walk to the property. check in was very fast I enjoyed security use of the room key to enter the elevator. The apartment style room was great Free coffee and Tea's and fruit in lobby . Less than 50 yards to the public transports Every day we used public transport to get around Netherlands Airport being a public transport hub also for connecting bus or trains. This facility made our stay very nice

Bery good loft with all your needs ( full kitchen , dishwasher, even washing machine ) Supermarket is 3 minutes away … Close to both Metro and train ! ( 4 stops to Dame square , 15 minutes to schipol @3.5Eu …) Highly recommended !

We loved our stay here. The apartment was modern and well appointed. Fridge/freezer, cook top, oven and a dishwasher (but no microwave). Two TV's, lounge and comfortable bed. Pod coffee machine, plus you can get free coffee from.the machine near the reception area The train, metro and tram are all in walking distance. A supermarket which sells alcohol is just down the road and plenty of restaurants. Market 31 was our favourite. Multiple vendors and a bar all in the same building. Very happy and the staff are all so friendly.

All was great although we had requested for early checkin but it was not available & informed only when we arrived. Resulted in us waiting to check in for 5hrs in hotel lobby
