Der Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert. Auch die Sicherheit durch den privaten Parkplatz haben wir sehr genossen. Das Umfeld war ruhig, jedoch sind die Wände (baulich bedingt) sehr dünn. Geräusche, Unterhaltungen aus der Nachbarwohnung waren zu hören. Was unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht sonderlich beeinträchtigt hat. Die Wohnung gefiel uns von der Aufteilung her sehr gut, könnte jedoch eine kleine Renovierung (Wände streichen, Teppich austauschenoder oder ganz weglassen) gebrauchen. Außerdem sollte die Elektronik etwas überarbeitet werden. Die Lampenschaltung im Schlafzimmer ist etwas kompliziert und auch die instabilen Steckdosen und die Kabel unterhalb des TV Gerätes wirkten nicht vertrauenserweckend. Zusamfassend ist zu sagen, dass uns die Zentrale Lage vollkommen überzeugt hat und wir einen erneuten Aufenthalt in dem Apartment nicht ausschließen würden.

Nice place to stay while in Haarlem. Quick train to Amsterdam. The brewery across the road was excellent.

It's the second time in two years I've booked this accommodation. However this time I was looking for somewhere with outdoor space and thought I'd booked an adjoining apartment. There seems to be an issue with the advertisement on Hotels.com which suggests this accommodation has access to a terrace, garden and seating area, this is not the case. Having contacted the owner they suggested Expedia classes access directly to the street as outdoor space, hence the listing?

Great stay! Well located and great parking. Definitely recommend and would come again.

Otel oldukça başarılı, süreli seyahat eden biri olarak temizlik ve ulaşım konusunda mükemmel diyebilirim. otoparka erişim çok kolay ve hızlı. çevrede publar olmasına rağmen gürültü hiç yok. Rahat ve sessiz bir konaklama. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. oğlum sürekli otele gidelim, uyuyalım oynayalım dedi. çocuk bile evi gibi kabullendi. Tekrar Haarleme gittiğimizde konaklayacağımız bir yer.

The apartment is as described. It is very centrally located to all attractions, stores, restaurants and public transportation. Erik is very response to all communication.

Wir haben die Unterkunft aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht. Dies stellte sich als riesiger Fehler heraus. Zunächst haben wir keine Informationen über den Check In = via Zahlenschloss an der Unterkunft, erhalten. Auch auf mehrfache Kontaktaufnahme via Mail keine Reaktion. Erst bei Anruf missmutige Reaktion. Unterkunft in Kurzzusammenfassung, - Unterkunft hat 3 Zimmer (Wohnzimmer inkl. Schlafcouch und Küchenzeile, Schlafzimmer und Bad) aber nur ein Fenster neben Eingangstür = Bad und Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster. - Toilette defekt = gleich zu Beginn angemerkt = keine Reaktion über 3 Tage - die Ecken und Ränder im Raum dürften auch mal gesaugt, gefegt und gewischt werden. - am letzten Tag kein heißes Wasser beim duschen. - Zugang zur Unterkunft via Zahlenschloss dessen Code vermutlich nicht oft geändert wird, Vormieter können theoretisch auch mal zu Besuch kommen… - schon beim Wasserkochen springt der Rauchmelder an. Insgesamt eine extrem unangenehme Unterkunft.

Die Unterkunft (Wohnung Tulpe) war groß, sauber und zentral gelegen. Grßes Bad inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner. Probleme mit dem Zugang wurde telefonisch sehr schnell geklärt, priv. Parkmöglichkeit war super.

Loved Haarlem, could do with a mirror in the bedroom. Very convenient but noisy.

Very nice apartment with a open space - living room/kitchen at the ground floor and a bedroom. Nearby there is a bus stop, in about 2 minutes walk and the city's center is straight along the street the apartment's entrance walking no more than 10 minutes. Two blocks away there's a Albert hein's market.. wonderful place to stay

The apartment is in an excellent location surrounded by boutique shops, cafe’s and restaurants there is loads within a short walk. The apartment is a good size with nice living room and large bathroom. They provide us a cot for the baby and were great communicating with us. Apartment could probably do with a lick of paint and a few touches like a shelf in the shower and a few more bits in the kitchen but otherwise good. Overall all a really pleasant stay!

Es un apartamento pequeño, viajamos en familia y hubo necesidad de usar el sofá cama. Lamentablemente era terrible, no se podía descansar en él. Además no teníamos sábana para colocar sobre el colchón del sofá (que no tenía una apariencia muy limpia), solo había edredones. No fue agradable para quien tuvo que dormir en él. El baño tiene sensores de movimiento para el control de la luz. Pero si estás en la ducha no alcanza a registrar el movimiento, por lo que nos quedamos en completa oscuridad, con riesgo de una caída en la ducha. En general el departamento es muy oscuro, por la noche una persona con ligeros problemas de vista como yo lo va a padecer. Lamentablemente es un lugar donde no volvería a hospedarme.

Preis/Leistung stimmen hier leider überhaupt nicht. Ich bin sehr häufig in Haarlem und das war bisher die schlechteste Unterkunft in dieser Preisklasse. Die Wohnung ist bereits sehr runtergekommen. Es ist auch nicht besonders schön eingerichtet und sehr ungemütlich. Das Bad war in Ordnung und die Parkmöglichkeit ist gut. Buchen würde ich es aber nicht nochmal.

Our recent stay in Haarlem was nothing short of exceptional. From the serene ambiance to the convenient amenities, this apartment (Jacob van Ruisdael) exceeded my expectations. The apartment offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city, with ample space to relax and unwind. Upon arrival, appartment was clean and tidy. The provision of capsule coffee was a delightful touch, allowing us to enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee at my convenience (it would be great to have more for three-person accomodation and two-night stay). The apartment's location, close to both the city center and the train station, made it incredibly convenient for exploring Haarlem and Amsterdam. The owner was responsive and accommodating, making communication effortless and ensuring a stress-free experience. The option for contactless check-in and check-out provided added convenience. Few considerations: While the apartment was otherwise comfortable, some guests may find the sofa bed less than ideal for a restful night's sleep. The permanent operation of the ventilation system in the bathroom could potentially be a minor inconvenience for some guests. The requirement for a minimum two-night booking on booking websites may pose challenges for guests with changing plans who wish to extend their stay. I recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free accommodation experience in Haarlem

We really liked the parking situation, location and the apartment itself. The one thing was that it was very difficult to get fresh air into the apartment. With 3 people the CO2 levels go above 1400. We ended up using the kitchen exhaust fan and opening the small vents above the door to get the CO2 levels down to acceptable levels of about 700-800. We use an Aranet4 to monitor these things.

The step up into the bathroom needs a transition piece to keep from breaking your toe. Password would be better if it was on a card on the table under the tv.
