I really love this hotel! It’s very eco-friendly, comfortable, and smells great. The design is so stylish, and I truly enjoy everything about it. The only thing that really bothered me was the occasional light knocking sound on the walls throughout the day. It especially affected my sleep at night. Also, the pillows were too soft for my preference. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay here again, but I hope the knocking sound won’t happen next time. Thank you!

The staff there were not helpful. The breakfast was totally not worth it.

Overall the hotel has a really cool design, the room is spacious, the amenities especially the shower gel and shampoo smelled maginificiant. However throughout the 3 nights I stayed there, there were constantly ‘knocking sounds’ on the wooden wall behind the bed which made falling asleep difficult. Told the reception about the situation and was told this happened very often and they had no idea on the solution. The other thing was that I sent an email to the hotel, the response was so slow that I didn’t receive a reply until the day I checked in which was pretty disappointing.

Highly recommend this property. Location is a bit off the path, but it is right by the train station. Less than a 5 minute walk. The staff was incredible and the property is very updated

It’s not located right at Amsterdam Central, but it’s very close to a metro station just five stops away. In fact, the area is very clean, quiet, and offers a great view, with a McDonald’s right in front. The hotel bar and restaurant have a great atmosphere and are excellent as well. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Easy acess to the Metro...10 min ride to central Amsterdam. Nice modern rooms and amenities. Good value for the price. Would stay there again!

The room was so hot it was uncomfortable. Even with a fan we were given it’s was very hard to sleep. They don’t have ac in the rooms. Other than that is was a nice place.

loved this property!! stayed as a solo female traveler and felt so safe. they were able to accommodate me with an earlier check in as well which was amazing. walking distance to public transport so it’s easy to get to everything :) definitely recommend this hotel

Well situated, staff was amazing, Charlie the bartender was so helpful and very knowledgeable about what to eat and where to go. Plus cocktails and customer service was excellent. Thank you.

Very convenient area to stay at, close to transportation and easy to get to the surrounding neighborhoods. Beautiful view from my room and top tier room technology. I would definitely stay here again.
