There is no reading table for the single room. The pillows were not pillows, it's more like a bean bag. There is no supermarket near by the hotel so it is a factor that one might like to consider.

propreté pas au top , 2 lit simple collés donc gros trou au milieu du lit et un des deux plus haut que l’autre. Pas de tapis de douche

Great location for museums canal boat tours, lots of restaurant options all within walking distance

La chambre n’est pas très propre, poussière partout et draps avec des taches et jaunis. De plus l’hôtel est très bruyant.

It was a fabulous stay and good value for money. The staff were excellent and responded when i ask questions online instantly, so helpful, i can't fault that. I had the best sleeps in a long time and was perfectly central enough to get around without being 'too' central if you know what i mean. Would definately recommend it and stay there again. Thanks

It will do for Amsterdam standards

Hotel é muito bem localizado, perto dos pontos turísticos, perto de meios de transporte e praticamente se pode fazer tudo a pé. Limpeza do hotel não foi das melhores, lençóis sujos, com cabelo, manchas. Banheiro muito pequeno, quando toma banho molha o banheiro inteiro. Se você quer somente localização, está otimo.

Terrible room, need real clenaing, even the sheets had hole. Elevator not working properly, carrying bags in a very narrow stair. Pick another hotel.

Basic comforts, great location

This hotel should not call itself ‘boutique’ - it is basic and very tired and shabby. Our room was grubby - dirt around the edges of the room, wallpaper peeling, grime on the walls, someone else’s rubbish under the bed. The shower looked good but flooded the bathroom every time. The room was cramped and the furniture was very worn and damaged. One of our towels was so thin in places you could see through it whilst the other had a rip in it. Staff at the small reception desk were pleasant and apologetic but seemingly unable to make any changes.

Skittent og nedslitt. Verdens tregeste heis som i praksis var ubrukelig. Grei plassering rett ved Leidseplein!

近くにあるバス停の便が良くて、どこへ移動するにもとても良い環境でした。 3日に1度掃除が入ると聞いていましたが、1度も入っていないようでした。 張り紙に掃除が必要な場合は事前に早めに言って。と書いてあったので、もしかしたら言わないと入らないのかもしれません。 全体的に埃っぽいのですが気になりました。 部屋には何もないので、苦手な方は多いかもしれませんが、こういうものだと思えば、気にならないかもしれません。

Awfull room

Hotel cercano al centro, con personal amable y atento.

Location was good. Room was tiny and backed on to the lift, so was noisy when the lift was in use. No traffic noise. Bed was saggy on one side. Staff were friendly enough but didn’t go out of their way. No service done in a 4 night stay.

Chambre en bon état, assez grande Le bouton de l'ascenseur à mon étage ne fonctionne pas, je pouvais monter, mais pour descendre je devais descendre un étage par l'escalier Je précise que l'escalier est très abrupte même la moitié de mon pied ne passait pas sur les marches Manque d'équipements : pas de verre, bouilloire, étagère pour mettre ses produits à la douche Prises ok, j'ai trouvé 2 disponibles Bon emplacement par rapport à la ville et aux transports (en général, et depuis la Gare Centrale en particulier :un seul tram à prendre)

I stayed here for 4 nights i would say the room i stayed in was good could of done with a touch up here and there bathroom was abit small shower could of done with a curtain to stop the water going everywhere staff were polite and helpfull

This was an excellent value for my stay. It’s a short walk (4 minutes) to the more touristy areas. Super accessible to trams. The room was a bit small - but I was alone and had no issues. My one area of concern was the shower floor wasn’t separate from the rest of the bathroom - and there was no slope - so water got everywhere in the bathroom. Also - no ledge or shelf to put soap/shampoo in the shower. Lastly, the shower head in the ceiling didn’t work - but the handheld wand did - and the water was nice & hot. I would stay again - it’s so convenient & really got a great price.
